These people took my money for a consultation but I did not speak with a person. I got an email saying thanks you can now book your appointment. You charge 25 dollars for that? They have the long list of demands that you must check off before your appointment. They don't seem friendly at all nor do they return phone calls. I called and someone picked up and hung up. Customer service is more important to me and feeling comfortable with the person that will do my hair is a must. You shouldn't demand so much nor handle your customers this way. Try being more friendlier. And after looking at the reviews and the way the owner speaks, I'm thankful God didn't allow me to make the appointment. She seems just aS unprofessional as I suspected. No business will prosper this way. Take a customers complaints serious rather than argue back with them. It shows no class nor appreciation for your customers and people who care to spend money there. Your business is nothing without the customers.Look at how unprofessional and pathetic she is. Lady who do you think would want to come to your salon after this. I'm not concerned that you couldn't service me. I never set the appointment remember. You dont return calls. Your long list of demands show the attitude you have towards your customers. Your responses to cristism and your customer complaints shows your character alone. Noone would because there are many salons around and yours isn't the only choice. Dont you know that? I don't know you nor have to lie about my experience crazy! I'm not bored when I work and have a family and life just like these other people. People aren't complaining for nothing. Be careful how you treat people. I wouldn't dare want you to touch my head! I would rather make the drive because I'm particular about who does my hair anyway and don't just settle for any unprofessional fool. So yes,I will continue going to Macon or anywhere else other than you! Good day!

I have been a client at this salon for years now. The service is ALWAYS timely, professional, and inviting. The stylist is impeccable with her skills, talent, and styling of healthy hair.I highly recommend this salon!!

I scheduled an appointment online because no one answers the phone. I booked a natural ponytail and although it had a description in there it would not let me check out without putting something in the description box. So I put in a sleek ponytail, paid my deposit and checked out. The day before my appointment, I received an email stating my appointment was cancelled because I put in the wrong description. No courtesy call at all to ask me about the service I was seeking. Most salon's with good customer service will at least reach out and get clarification before just cancelling. The email also contained an email to use to request a refund or reschedule my appointment and apply the deposit towards the new appointment. I used that email and requested a refund, but I have yet to receive my refund or any communication via phone or email. I tired calling to speak to someone and have left several messages and again no communication at all. BE AWARE!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IGNORE YOU!!!Service: Hairstyling

I absolutely love My Stylist. She is professional and courteous of my time. When my previous stylist moved to Atlanta, I was distraught. She was more than my stylist. She was part of the family, my confidant and everyone knows shop talk is the best talk. I have watched the work for years at Head Game the Salon and loved the finished products. My initial consultation was everything. I am all about healthy hair and style. If that is what you want...schedule your appointment online, now. You will not be disappointed.

I've been natural for 6 years and haven't been to a salon in over 10 years. I finally decided to give Head Games the Salon a try after reading the reviews. I scheduled a consultation with Yolanda and she put me at ease. She answered all my questions, gave me options, by the time I left I felt comfortable enough for her to do my hair. Days later I received a relaxer, color, trim, and style. Yolanda took her time with my hair, was gentle, explained how much I should cut off and why, she also recommended what products I should use. I absolutely love my hair!!! Everything turned out so nice. I highly recommend her. Although I will be moving 2 hours away she will be worth the travel. Thanks again!

I'm always satisfied. Online scheduling is easy and convenient. The stylist there is professional and really respects your time. My hair has grown a lot, become softer, and the condition has improved since I started getting the conditioning treatments. I'm not the best at doing my own hair, so I'm in there EVERY week. Oh, they also have a prepaid monthly plan for regular clients who come weekly. Great job Yolanda! No one's touching my hair, except for you.
