“On 12/19 @ 5pm, the store was clean, neat & well stocked. There were only 2 employees, a cashier & a person to cut fabric. Despite that, both ladies were professional, very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful to each other & customers and never stood still.If the employees had no customers to wait upon, they were putting away merchandise. I heard one tell the other that she had a claim that she needed her help to scan out. Both employees knew where any merchandise I asked about was located, and they used their walkies w/earpiecescto communicate to each other when not in line of sight. There were a few items that didn't have prices, but the ladies had no problem scanning the items to tell me the price.I had several pieces of fabric that I needed to have cut. When another customer or 2 lined up behind me to have material cut, Jessica called to the cashier (whose name I have forgotten, despite her being very sweet & helpful). The cashier came to cut fabric for another customer (Jessica thanked her) & then rotated back up front to check out my merchandise. Both employees were professional & handled themselves as well or better than members of management at other establishments.I admit that I was afraid upon entering, that I was going to leave frustrated, due to the small staff. However, the quality & efforts of the 2 employees present made a huge difference & I will definitely return in the future.”
