Just because you have an appointment doesn't guarantee you will be seen. I had an 1100 appt, only to arrive and find out I was booked at the same time as another customer. Only 2 people in the place. Come on!!!

Lakesha Kendrick was awesome! She was helpful, quick, and clearly knows what she's doing! She is also kinda funny which made for a relaxing environment. Very pleased with her service and probably won't use anyone else after this experience! Would give 10 stars if I could!

Great job. This is the second time I have used H&R. Very professional and thorough. I am so glad that there is a tax service that knows the tax laws so I don't have to.
