We worked with Kevon to find and purchase our used Travel Trailer. Was a smooth and understandable process. We noticed some small things that needed looking at the first few days. Told us to bring it back and fixed it right up for us! Would recommend shopping here.

I am dissatisfied with the way I was talked to by the owner. I had some words with his father as well, that didn't go well. I will definitely never do business with them again.I am still waiting on my RV title (update from the DMV: still being reviewed, status is pending).I recently discovered a damaged tag mount, so unable to apply my RV tag which I will now have to repair at my own expense. There were a few minor & MAJOR repairs and cosmetic damages I had to do on the trailer myself, thermostat went out on the water heater no hot water unless I use propone, leak in my shower ceiling, RV battery was completely dead, as it is a used 2012 model. I spent too much wish I can get my DAMN money back. Sold me a lemon š Won't never do business with this piece of trash RV dealership.

Be super careful with what you buy. Expect no help afterwards and please inspect EVERYTHING before you buy, especially for water damage. Iād shop somewhere else

These folks were super nice. Mo was really patient while we looked through several campers on the lot. The selection they have to choose from was way better than we expected. Jaimie was great making sure we found the right financing that fit in our budget. Overall very pleased with our first camper.

This is a great family owned business, they do an excellent job at delivering quality pre-owned campers. When you stop by they are friendly and knowledgeable. If you're considering a camper whether it's for recreational or living full-time see Mo at Jake's RV's, she's amazing!!

We previously owned a pop-up camper, but were ready for our first hard side travel trailer as my husband just retired. Didn't know exactly what we wanted, just nothing really huge. Sales staff was great and showed us several different kinds and sizes. We finally decided on the 2018 Kodiak Cub 175BH. Plenty big enough for just the two of us, but also bunks for when the grandkids want to go with us! Comfy with nice amenities. They gave us a great deal and showed us how everything worked and how to use it all. The young man who did our walkthrough demonstration when we picked it up was super helpful and did an awesome job! Can't wait to go camping! Thank you to all the friendly folks at Jake's RV! Highly recommended šš

Went there to look at one camper but they suggested we look around to see if there was anything else that would suit us better. We found a nice camper, they worked with us to get it more in our budget. When we went to pick it up we were shown the camper and that everything worked. The whole process was easy. Everybody there was helpful and so nice. If you need a camper check out Jakeās RV in Warner Robins.

Iām sorry but unless you want to be swindled, I would not recommend. Take your business elsewhere. Once the vessel rolls off the lot, you might as well consider yourself on your own at this point. Everyone is nice and friendly to you while theyāre trying to sell you something, including unnecessary additions, but as soon as you leave the lot, nobody will help you. Take my lesson with you and go to RV World or something!!

I came in with my husband looking for a 35amp Fuse for our RV's leveling system. We met with Dallas who was very nice. Dallas let us know that they did not sell the fuse we were looking for but he took time to look through his personal supply of fuses and even called around to the shop guys to see if anyone had a spare. While we were waiting, he talked to us about our travel journey and even recommended some local food spots. His customer service was authentic and friendly.

I did a lot of searching for my trailer and I settled on Jakeās RV because I got the best deal and they stand behind everything they sell. They have a well-deserved reputation for being trustworthy. I love the trailer! The staff there are really amazing!

I purchased a camper from Jakeās RV in August 2024 and since day one it has had issues with water damage. I already left a more in depth review prior, but Jakes had it review.
This place is NOT an honest business and now Iām stuck fixing things they absolutely HAD to have been aware of. Buyer beware of these people.

I was told no I couldnāt get financed. I saw Jakeās add on Facebook. Called him and drove the two and half hours. He took good care of me got the camper that was perfect for me and my family. Will definitely tell if you have been told no go see Jakeās

Had a very good experience at Jake's RV, everyone were so kind to us, Jake's family business made it very special, Kevon our salesman did an amazing job, showing us through alot of trailers, Chris was good to walk us through and showed us how everything worked....looking forward to making memories traveling to different camps, Thanks again Dave Jeffries and Gwen Logan
