I needed a capacitor for my a/c. I called and they had what I needed and I told them I was coming by. I got to the store and they told me they do not sale to the public. Very poor ran business. Look elsewhere, don't waste your time, they do not care.

I've been buying from this place for as long as they've been here. Now they won't sell to me unless I have an account and I guess a heating and air company. The gentleman behind the desk said to look at Amazon for the parts I needed.
So, let me get this straight…. You want me to give my money to Jeff Bezos the Billionaire at Amazon vs. buying local from your business that probably needs my business but doesn't want it.
Thanks for the Amazon suggestion, I was able to buy two of them vs. what I paid a few years ago at your store.
If you need a capacitor…. Amazon is your place. Thanks for the awesome suggestion.

I wish I could rate them a zero. I go in and try to purchase a capacitor for my A/C. They won't sell to me unless it's wholesale. I ask what am I supposed to do? Pay $200-$300 for someone to come install a $20 part. The guy behind the counter says "Ya, probably." He then has the oh so helpful suggestion of buying from Amazon. I told him that wouldn't work, since it was supposed to be about 100° today. He just shrugs his shoulders. Thanks for nothing!
And before the owner says they only sell to licensed HVAC techs, that's not true. I have purchased capacitors there for the last couple of years. Just look at the other reviews of times they sold things to the general public. I also added photo proof I purchased there before. What scum!

Visited the store yesterday to purchase a small motor capacitor. Was politely told at the counter that sales to individuals are no longer allowed. Only sales allowed to clients that have accounts there.

Beware of this business. I brought a bad capacitor to them to replace with a good one. They sold me the wrong thing and it did not fit inside my cover. I tried returning it about an hour later and they refused to take it back. Not knowing enough about capacitors I got screwed. Found out later I needed a run capacitor and they sold me a starter capacitor.

Being truthful and honest may have not gotten them a sale today, but I will surely tell others that you can trust them not to try and sale you something you don't need.

The staff was very helpful and had the motor I needed to repair my AC yesterday afternoon. I was so grateful to have it up and running again. I will have to keep these guys in mind next time I need parts for my AC.
