I called this morning and the person told me my RX would be ready at lunch. I go to pick up me RX after work and they do not even have the pills. Why was I not called so I could try a new place? The would not have the pills till Monday. I would NOT recommend using this place at all. The staff were also very rude.

I was going get my medicine like I always do I had wait 8 days get my refill That means I had to skip couple days until I get paid SMH ,I'm glad I'm switching to somewhere else What happen to the original ppl who run it ?

This pharmacy has the rudest staff! They told me 30 to 45 minutes on my medicine. I came back 2 hours later and they told me another 30 to 45 minutes and when I asked they were snarky saying yes still we are two days behind. I said then why did you lie and say 30 to 45 minutes and just walked away. These people don't care and will lie to your face. Don't trust them.

Awful customer service by the temporary pharmacist. The pharmacist who was pregnant and of course had to go on leave, was certainly nice. Some of the techs are nice and some are not.

A young man by the name of Chris helped me when I picked up one of my dog’s meds. He was so polite and happy and full of energy. So many people seem to hate their jobs these days, Chris was a breath of fresh air! Thanks, Chris! You are awesome!

Thank you Kris, Anita, and Imari! You are the reason my family continues to use this pharmacy. These employees are always polite and helpful. I have never seen Kris without a smile. We moved 40 miles away 2 years ago and still use this pharmacy.

Kroger's venture into home delivery seems to be ill-advised since their staffing probleme prevent deliveries any where near the promised time. After trying for several weeks without success I cancelled my last order and the Boost membership I give up on delivery. However I consider it false advertising to continue promoting the service when it doesn't work.

Ok so I had to check the comments so I know it wasn't just me. I moved my prescription here because it was close to my house(kroger on Watson) big mistake. If you can go an extra mile do so. My son unfortunately has had to switch several meds due to his epilepsy this is already a stressful situation. To be met with such rudness while trying to get medicine for my lethargic child laying in the back seat is very frustrating. To be told I don't know how long it will be because 2 techs are leaving is highly unprofessional. Knowing that if my child does not receive this med on-time could result in another hospital stay. To refusing to put it in for the overnight because it requires PA which was already sent in. This pharmacy will nolonger get my business. I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME.

Besides good prices terrible hiring service towards people. Waited 3 weeks for an interview to get told I'll have another one in a couple days turns out I ended up waiting two months to get told the guy was on vacation and that he would be back by the end of the week to then turn around to hear I'd get a call Monday or Tuesday turns out I call back again to finally find out I waited 2 months and a week to be told they are on a hiring freeze I cannot stress this enough don't waste your time applying to this Kroger go the the bigger one, sad you say urgently hiring and can't even hire a single person within 2 and a half months. good job kroger

The drive through has always been efficient and courteous! The inside Pharmacy is the same way! Courteous and efficient in every way. I would recommend this Kroger to everyone!! Thanks !
