The store is small, crowded, and the parking lot is a mess, but the people are nice, it's basically clean, they have what I buy, the pharmacy staff are extremely helpful, love their flowers/plants, and I never get lost!

The employees are VERY RUDE!! I know most places aren’t open on thanksgiving but they had no sign saying they close at 4pm few minutes before 4 they started yelling were closed and basically kicked everyone out! They shouldn’t be open at all if they are gonna be like that I know it’s a holiday but not everyone cares about that also the selection and store layout are terrible and not even the employees know where stuff is

They actually have cashiers and groceries instead of Starbucks, a bar and clothing.

So what is the problem at the Kroger gas pumps on Russell? You can't pay at the pumps. You have to go pay at the register and just tell them how much gas you want. The cashier wouldn't even let you put in your number to redeem points. No training or professionalism.

This location is terrible...the cashier's are nice but the baggers are rude..Also if you want to feel uncomfortable this is the place to be because you have homeless people haggling you and when you notify the staff they are like "oh well". I had a homeless guy come to me in the parking lot asking me for money and I told him I had no money and he followed me throughout the store really closely and I let the cashier know that I was uncomfortable and I got told "sorry" and that

I had a homeless guy come to me in the parking lot asking me for money and I told him I had no money and he followed me throughout the store really closely and I let the cashier know that I was uncomfortable and I got told "sorry" and that was it. And finally today I went and as I was loading my children in the car this homeless lady grabbed a few of my items out of my buggy that I paid for and ran away with it. I called the store to speak to the manager to notify them of the situation but I got put on hold for a whole hour before the phone hung up on me. My suggestion is that they need better baggers to help women to their cars so we can feel safe or get rid of the things that make people uncomfortable. I will definitely take the time to drive to a different location than go back to this one.

I don't mind this location. I come here mainly when I need gas but I do venture inside if I need something quick. It's in a busy location so I try to avoid peak hours but they have everything inside that the bigger locations have except clothes, which I wouldn't get from Kroger anyway. I always use the self-checkout line, and the attendant is always helpful, when needed. If you're in the area, I recommend.

Stop hoarding the paper products aisle, etc. I went to purchase groceries for an elderly parent. She needs paper towels and milk that were unavailable. Stores need to cut back on how many a family can take out of the store. When I saw the signs out, management was allowing about 3 packages. This is one too many. There is such a thing as using wash clothes, etc. to clean messes up.

We frequent this location often. There's just a general lack of care & customer service. For example tonight when checking out the debit/credit card machine wouldn't accept neither debit or credit. The cashier called for help only to say her supervisor said that they wasn't anything they could do! When in fact there is & was something they could've done. Long story short I would not recommend this particular Kroger unless it was out of convenience.

Under new management. The kind that allows employees throw hissy fits directed at customers then throws said customer out. shopped here for over 13 years, even worked there. Find it appalling that this can happen and will be looking into all legal recourses
