This Kroger caused me mental trauma by playing Justin Bieber and other terrible music and forced me to listen to it while I shopped. I would rather no music than the trash that they play in their store. If don't want terrible pop music stuck in your head then don't shop here. Go to Aldi they don't play trash music.

Tried to talked the someone about some missing items that the bagger did not put in my cart. The first call disconnected. Second call, the representative was very short. Told me most likely the items are back on the shelf and I had to come by with the receipt. Then she disconnected the call while I was still trying to ask a question.

My fiancé and I went to this Kroger today. My baby needed to be changed because she had a blowout. We waited ten minutes for the family bathroom. Me and my fiancé went into the women’s bathroom because we couldn’t wait to change her any longer. We discovered once after we got out of the women’s bathroom changing her there was a worker in the family bathroom and another walked in as soon as that one walked out. As we was leaving the store my fiancé was going to go to the bathroom (because he couldn’t use the bathroom because we had to change the baby and both of us had to use the bathroom) and a lady was sitting on a store scooter blocking all the bathrooms. Don’t come to the store if you have to use the bathroom or your child needs changed apparently!

Never go here for the money services counter. They are so incompetent. I've gone into ad money to a card, a 1min max transaction, on multiple occasions, and never made it to the register once. There usually are two people in line when I arrive, and when I leave 20mins later, they still haven't even helped one person. Multiple times, this has happened. Idk how someone could continue working at a job they're so bad at. I'd be embarrassed and ashamed.

Was at the deli cold cut counter and guy completely ignored me and just kept weighing other items. I just walked away. I can go to Publix and get much better service. Just lost a customer.

Krogers is one of my favorite grocery stores to shop, they always have good deals even if it’s not what you want. I always browse the clearance section but it’s been getting rather pricey in that area now that others are searching for good deals during this recession period.

Place order for grocery pickup at 8:36 this morning for a scheduled pickup between 4:00 and 5:00. Received a call at 3:30 saying we are super busy can you pick up between 8:00-9:00. Seriously? Thirty minutes before my scheduled pickup you notify me? Not sure if staffing or management is the issue but it needs to be fixed.

I like how near my closest store is. The grocery selection is good, but I'm a beer snob and don't buy beer there. Their app is slow, though some of that is probably my phone.
