  Not sure why reviews are so bad, arrived, checked in on ipad and sat in waiting area until my turn. Front reception was super friendly and the person doing blood draw was perfect!!!
  Don't go by the bad reviews, this is the place for your labs.

  After my original review below, THEY CANCELED MY LAB WORK and never told me. I NEVER asked for it to be cancelled or agreed for it to be cancelled NORRRR did they tell me they cancelled it!!!!!!!! I found out from the third party where I booked the test. What an absolute joke to cancel someone's MEDICAL bloodwork without telling them. That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. This place is beyond incompetent.
  
  Absolutely atrocious. Got told I would get my results within 48 hours and the testing was going to be done in house. Called on day five for my results to only be told it would take 28-34 DAYS. DAYS. Not hours. My in house titer test was sent out of state to Kansas 72 hours after my blood was drawn. They have absolutely no idea about the services they offer. I complained and spoke to a supervisor who also gave me different result times from the first phone call to the second. I was met with a shitty attitude and told that “a week isn’t a big difference” when I confronted her about being told 28-34 days to then being told 40 days! Well, that might be true if I wasn’t given the LITERAL misinformation of 38 DAYS!!!!! The only solution they gave was to “cancel my test and go somewhere else” at 4:30 on a Friday. I also mentioned this and was told “well you should be near your phone more because I called you”. Called me exactly 15 minutes BEFORE the return phone so that would take the time to 4:15….on a Friday. This place absolutely sucks and takes ZERO responsibility for their misinformation. Go literally ANYWHERE else. How a test can take 48 hours and being conducted in house to being sent to Kansas and taking 40 days is absolutely beyond me.

  Needs to stay open later for drug screens 3:00 is really unacceptable and if I walk in at 3 I feel I should atleast get seen about it doesn’t take a year to do a drug screen

  I was able to walk in without an appointment and be out within 15 minutes. Crystal was amazing and was able to do my blood draw with no issues even though I have been a very tough stick at my doctor's place. It was very quick and painless.

  The entire labcorp process from making the appointment to checking in is very user friendly. The staff was professional and the lab technician did an excellent job finding my shy veins. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

  Visit on its own went very well - was getting a UDS and bloodwork done for a new job. I was in and out in about 20 minutes with my appointment. Came on here though to give a special shout-out to Dave, who checked me in and took my blood. I have an irrational fear of getting my blood drawn that usually ends up being a production and I faint. He kept me talking and only had to poke me once and I didn’t feel a thing. Didn’t feel any of the usual panic symptoms I’ve had before. He was very comforting and efficient. Can’t recommend him enough!

  Very lazy and incompetent staff. A lot of “workers” standing around not doing anything but looking at their phones. If I didn’t have to go here for my job, I definitely wouldn’t.
