I have always had a pleasant experience except for today. The owner is the most sweetest person ever and she has amazing customer service skills. However, one of her workers was so rude today. I drove up at 4:30 trying to get my car washed in and out and he pretty much told me that I came too late because they close at 6 even though it says on Google that they close at 7. His tone of voice was awful and you could tell that he had an attitude. I would've had no problem coming in the morning but it's the way that you speak to customers that makes a difference. I suggest that she get better workers who have better customer service skills. They may be irritated because it's hot outside but they CHOSE that profession. If she doesn't hire a better crew, they're going to bring her business down!

Definitely got ripped off. I got the In/out option and I had an F150 truck. They charge me $85 which was $25 extra the price, they said it was because my truck falls under the XXL and there was a lot to clean as far as the floor. I said ok and even gave them 18% tip because of the heat.
I got in my truck and as you can see in the pictures it is still dirty and the floors are still dirty.This is after awaiting 2 hours because they decided to to other vehicles that has came after me. They also switched my truck to 4*4 and didn’t switch it back.
I don’t understand the complaint to up charge extra because I had threw all my Trash away before coming there so all they had to do was vacuum and wipe the inside.
Definitely took advantage of me and I won’t be trusting them to do any of my vehicles.

6/28/2025 I took my Wife car to this Detail shop and I can say they are very unprofessional! The wait time is Horrible, the are unorganized and
The guys cleaning the vehicle left a stinky smoke smell one looked unapproachable big arms
Also there was a $20 bill and my centerfold when I left the shop I noticed it had been taken I didn't go back to speak with management because the one black guy acted like he was the manager I wouldn't recommend this place to wash my dog, This place is awful.!!

Went in to have interior of car cleaning done to remove smells. I was kinda convinced that they could do carpet shampoo since it had a separate service charge ability. I was mistaken it was a guy with a black and decker drill and a toilet brush adapter. Some spray and a shop vac. Needless to say they got it everywhere. Still smells then. Ms Rosa needed to come out and finish detailing. Still looked un professional so I just said good and took it home to spend an hour cleaning there mess. Saying Stanley steamer would have been a better option.

Really wish I would’ve read all reviews & called more places before scheduling here. Was told to bring my vehicle in 2 hours before the appointment time due to the owner having a doctors appointment. Brought the vehicle in 2 hours early, the man wanted me to stay there till he arrived (wasn’t something I could do as I already had to arrange other transportation & I was riding in someone else’s vehicle).. my vehicle was ready about 3 hours after drop off, which was completely fine even though we were only told it would take a hour & 15 mins.
Everything was fine until I picked my vehicle up, keys were inside ignition instead of the outside key hole so I’m very thankful my car didn’t automatically lock the keys inside the car (not unheard of - I work in Roadside Assistance; it literally happens every single day), not only that, someone spilled a whole bottle of water in my front seat & did not even bother to attempt to dry it up with a towel, etc, but didn’t feel it was necessary to mention to the paying customer. After 3 hours & $330 later, definitely not the experience I thought I’d receive.

I took my truck there for the first time and was disappointed for the price l thought my truck was going to be spit shine immaculate clean, but it wasn't. It looked like something l could have done on my own at a carwash it was nothing special at all. l would never go back, that was my first and last time. It was big waste of money.

Made appointment. Dropped off vehicle. They said it would be ready in about 2hrs. I returned about 5hrs. later and they hadn't touched my vehicle but were washing people's car that drove up and were waiting on cars. I got my truck and left. They are unprofessional and have no clue what customer service is. Don't waste your time or money at this place!!!

My car was not clean good I paid 135 and I feel like I threw away my money never again the tires was not clean didn't vacuum good at all wasn't happy at all

In my experience; they are the most humble people I've met .
2010 Mazda engine and transmission no problems and very clean. Today, I go back with my best friend to help find her a car also.

In the beginning the detailing of my vehicle was on point. Last couple times, my vehicle was not cleaned to my expectations. Halfed washed in terms of leaving tire rims with brake dust, bug spots. Left seats untouched, didn't vacuum under seat or between seats, and streak marks on windows. Stood there watching the detailer smoke with my doors opens. Other detailer was too busy talking on his phone or listening to some form of rap music because he sung along. Too slow. Unprofessional. MONEY WASTED. Never returning.

I recommend lightning detail. They work very hard to do the job right and ensure the customer is satisfied.
