My experience at Lowe Toyota was by far the best I have ever had. Not one person tried to pressure, haggle, or "promise" me anything. I will be recommending Lowe Toyota to anybody I run into that might be in the market for an auto.

Had to have several things done to my truck. Everything works great, the mechanic did a wonderful job. Casey in service depth kept me informed at all times and is a very sweet young lady. Even the driver of the pickup vehicle was wonderful and a great driver

I took my car in for service with out flaw. My initial concern was cost and time. They were able to find some free services I didn’t use when I was supposed and applied them to my service. So cost was $0. Time : I got an oil change , inspection and tire rotation and balance. I was in and out in 1 hour. Very happy with my service and the service liaison Casey.

Recently purchased a 2023 Tacoma from Mr. Robert Waller and my experience with him was fantastic. He was very easy to talk to and did not hesitate to answer any questions and explained everything thoroughly. Great experience. If I could give them 6 stars, I would! We’ve had nothing but terrible dealership experiences for the past 3 years. Really grateful to have been able to work with Corey. He was extremely knowledgable, straight forward, professional, and always quick to respond. We worked with him for over a month and his focus was always on getting us what we wanted and never trying to push us in a different direction. Highly recommend!

I’ve purchased 3 different vehicles from Lowe and now leased my first. They got me where I needed to be and treated me with respect. Everything was a breeze and I walked out of there with an upgraded vehicle when all I went in for was a tire rotation lol they’re the only dealership I would do business with and also because Toyota’s keep their value

My experience at Lowe Toyota was exceptional. Mr. Robert Waller, the salesman, was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. He walked me through each detail of the purchase experience and ensured that I was pleased with my vehicle before I drove it off of the lot. Ben was my technician and every visit was short and Sweet. He did everything I asked him to do and His customer service was wonderful.. Thank goodness there was nothing wrong with my car except I needed a new air conditioner filter. I would recommend Ben to everybody... K foster

I've been doing business with Lowe Toyota for about 10 years for vehicle purchases and maintenance. They are fair, honest, and efficient. I deal exclusively with Jamey Harrelson for vehicle purchases. Everyone in the service department is great! I won't consider any other dealer after bad experiences elsewhere in the past. Lowe Toyota stands above the rest!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and asked to have the front end wheel bearings diagnosed for a possible bad bearing that was making a grinding noise.5 1/2 hours later…Not really happy seeing walk-ins arriving after me and leaving long before me. Why even bother make an appointment? It’s rather pointless when you get queued to the end of the line. This was at most a 30 min job for oil and tire rotation and 30 min max to diagnose a wheel bearing that I said was probably bad as being bad. Not to mention, no parts on hand. Will need to make a second trip to have it replaced.On top of that nonsense, the new sales tactic of trying to sell vehicles to people waiting for service is not a welcome change. I agreed to look at a vehicle but I had no intentions of buying one. I came in for service - not to shop. Got the usual, “what would it take to put you in a new vehicle today?” tactic. Three different salesmen came at me.This entire day was annoying. My time was wasted. If this is going to be a permanent fixture at Lowe going forward, I will be avoiding Lowe as much as possible and going elsewhere for my future business. The main reason I bought my truck here to begin with was the “no pressure” environment. It now feels like a shady used car business.Lastly, I will emphasize that giving the same priority to walk-ins as those who make appointments in the service department is a tremendous foul. Lowe Toyota needs to do much better.

They were excellent! Corey (salesman) was patient, resourceful, helpful in many ways, and informative. John (the main guy at the “head” desk) was also helpful; especially getting us a bigger price for our trade in. And Kevin was patient; even when other financial personnel may have showed impatience as my bride and I were back and forth discussing the different warranties, he patiently waited as well as re-discussing with us our options; he didn’t show any sign of impatience or annoyance. Great team!

Windshield cracked after tires placed on car. I could not see it inside until I drove outside in the sun. They said I would not have left if I had seen it therefore, it happened after I left. I got out of the bay on road and immediately turned around as traffic would allow. They said the camera did not show a crack when I left service bay. You can't see it unless the sun is shining on it. This was a brand new windshield (2 weeks old). Something damaged this glass while it was in service. Basically I am screwed and have to buy another windshield out of pocket.

I was in trouble! My car battery was dead, DEAD! The help provided by Lowe Toyota was unbelievable. Several people pitched in to make sure the replacement battery was exactly right and all the electronics were reset to their original state. No fussing no placing my problem on the back burner just good old Southern hospitality. My Doctor was glad I made my appointment on time.This staff was team oriented and friendly. I will definitely be returning to this business. Got car trouble? Think of Lowe Toyota!!??

We were only coming here to sell my SOs vehicle and ended up selling his and mine for my dream car. The process was a little lengthy due to our circumstances which is of no fault to the sales associate or anyone involved in our process. They were very caring and did an amazing job at lowering our interest rate and payment. They even stayed open after closing two days in a row to help us get the car we wanted. I would like to say a huge thank you to Acosta Gonzalez who stuck by us the whole time and was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable.
