I ordered item via the app showing 17 in stock. Less than 5 minutes I get an email notification saying OUT OF STOCK. If it had said 5 in stock I could understand the out of stock notification but 17?!? Nope! Someone not doing their job! I will go to the other Lowe's store or better yet Amazon! I try not to use Amazon but if local store employees can't do their jobs, I can't keep you employed by shopping at your store. I ended up going to Home Depot they had the same inventory! WIN FOR HOME DEPOT!

Lowes Macon rd ..... terribly costumer services !! Everyone run when you ask for help ... we ask for the manager or supervisor!! And guess what... even they run away ... 5 costumer ask for help and they just call by phone everyone the skip help ... they even get upset with us ....

Horrible. Will never shop at a Lowe's again. Ordered a refrigerator because I was told it would have next day delivery - mine had gone out. Found out two days later it wouldn't be delivered for TWO WEEKS. The day of the appointment arrives and the fridge shows up with major damages - it looked like someone took a hammer to it. Refused the fridge and they said they could get one out the next day. Four days later I see I have another delivery window by checking the website. I got no call from the delivery company. I get a call that afternoon saying the delivery is at the house. They were to have given me 30 minutes heads up but did not - I needed to get someone to meet them. I tell them I can have someone come over if they can wait and the dispatcher says OK. I have someone drive 20 minutes across town and they were gone. I just bought a fridge elsewhere and delivered it myself. Other than a very nice gentleman in the appliance department every single Lowe's employee who I spoke with about this was rude and unhelpful. I went in to cancel the order, was told I couldn't without a manager and they would call me. I never got a call. The next week I finally got a call to reschedule the delivery... What a joke. Best Buy delivers in-house and next day. I'll be shopping there going forward.

Lowe's Home Improvement in Warner Robins is the WORST. Bought a dishwasher Nov 27, scheduled installation Dec 2. Installers say Lowes doesn't have my dishwasher, so no installation. Lowe's says it was misplaced and they found it. Installers are now busy, schedule installation for Dec 19. Yes that's 17 days later. Well, Dec 19 installers confirm. They get to Lowe's at 4 pm and guess what? Lowes can't find my dishwasher. They think there's one coming in tomorrow night but it belongs to another customer. I checked and every other Lowe's in the area had at least one in stock, so why can't they give me one of those???? I will never shop at Lowe's in Warner Robins again!

RATS!! Rats were visible running around garden and building supplies department. Also, rat dropping everywhere. Don't touch anything unless you have on a hazmat suit. I asked to speak with manager about the problem and was told it's a known problem. Employees and customers should be careful while in this place of business.

The young lady in the paint department provided exceptional customer service and was very patient with me today. Our paint colors did not match so she took the time to find and hand formulate matches for us. Thank you!

Absolutely and totally unacceptable. Customer service is in the toilet. About a year ago we went to pick up an air conditioner we had ordered online. Took 10-15 minutes to find someone to help who told us they were "going to look in the back." about an hour later a manager asked us if she could help as we had been standing there by the registers. She went to go find our original friend who was "looking in the back". It turned out to be shift change and that person helping us just left. Walked out. Went home. Today we ordered and paid for a leaf blower and some oil for it. After about 30 minutes we receive an email saying they don't have the leaf blower they said they had that I had already paid for. But I could cancel it. Which I did. But the oil that goes in the leaf blower they did have, and they put that in a locker for pick up. I was totally unable to cancel the order for the oil that went in the blower they didn't have that I paid for. I called customer service and told them that if they did not refund my money and I had to go down there, they need to contact law enforcement because I am going to go full beast mode and someone is going to be wearing some oil. The guy on the phone was very kind and even offered a Lowes gift card. I was very grateful but have no need for a card I will never use. I will not return to Lowes. P.S. Another time we went and mentioned an online item. The associate actually laughed and said "we hardly ever have what it says online."

Delivery is terrible. I have waited for building materials for a house we're building but not able to get my materials delivered. Lowes doesn't care. I was going to spend around 60,000.00 dollars on this project with Lowes, not anymore. If you want good service go to Warner Robin's supply. I'm done with lowes.

Floor staff is so rude especially white woman at the pain t station. They act like it's a crime to ask them for help. Many ppl have complained about this problem I rather just go in Home Depot even though Lowes is closer to my house. She honestly needs to be taught a life lesson or get a new job!

Dirty, dangerous, and unhelpful. They had stock everywhere but the shelves. Several tall stacking of items in the middle of isles were tumbled and askew. I had to remove my service dog for fear he would bump something and get crushed. I attempted to call this Lowe's prior to going to see if they could cut plexiglass yet I could never get beyond the auto answer bot. I called Home Depot and they said Lowe's was the only place in town that had a plexiglas cutter. I could find no one working in that area, went to a counter where the young woman overhead paged someone and told me to wait in the isle. After 10 minutes and stopping 4 other people in Lowe's vests (only to be told "I don't work this section") I finally gave up. I'll drive to Macon or ATL if I need anything from Lowe's. I won't go here.

Just got paint from this store and encountered an A-HOLE paint guy. I picked up my paint can from the aisle at the same time a good-looking female customer was picking hers. He stopped and asked if she needed help and starting chatting. I took my can to the counter to get it tinted. He and the female customer continue chatting for several minutes. I was okay with it because it looked like he was helping her. He took her paint cans to the counter and started tinting them. I said hello, but he did not acknowledge me. He wanted to help the good-looking female even though I was there first. I had to wait several more minutes while he finished her tinting. He nicely took her tinted cans and placed them in her cart. I slammed my paint can on the counter to get his attention. A-HOLE paint guy finally acknowledged me and got my paint tinted. He was so old and blind that he couldn't see the numbers on my old can. He had to ask another associate to help him. After the tinting was done, he just laid the paint cans on the counter and completely ignored me even though I was standing near the counter. I tripled checked to make sure the numbers on the new can were correct. I slammed both cans in the cart in retaliation and made sure he heard it. LOL! Great customer service, Lowes! This isn't the first time that I've been ignored and discriminated against at this store. As a minority, this is racially motivated. These RACIST associates need to be FIRED!!!!!!!!!

Walked in the paint department. Nobody in sight to help me purchase the paint & I had the paint code ready for someone to mix. Waited 15 minutes...still no one so I go to service desk. They called for help in paint. Waited another 10 minutes...no one came. Went back to customer service desk they called again for someone to help me. Finally after another 10 minutes a lady came. I go to checkout. The light was on the cash register isle but no one at it. A long line waiting for the cashier working, but the other one was running her mouth to another employee joking and laughing. Finally, she went to the cash register lighted up & then refused to give me the military discount, as I did not have my license with me at the moment. Refused again and then asked another lady about the discount & refused again saying if I don't have my ID no discount. Then as I was talking with the other employee interrupted me telling me to be quiet & I came unglued and told her she could keep the paint, I'd never be back in the Watson Blvd Lowes store. What a bunch of morons this woman was. After waiting so long for the paint from extremely poor service, then denied me my military discount on Memorial Day weekend. How pathetic. This store will be closing soon because I've heard things like this kind of service from numerous people. Manager needs to get it together to make sure customers are taken care of. Or perhaps the manager is the problem.

This is the closest lowes to my house so this revis specific to this lowes. I love the fact corporate does a 10 percent discount for military, this makes a big difference in price. The problem I have had my last few trips isbthe lack of help. Seems like they have cut back on staff and sometimes you have to wait a while for someone to assist you.
