It's the neighborhood gas station. That being said I wouldn't necessarily stop there unless you lived in this neighborhood if you know what I'm saying. The foreign family that owns the place is great, every time. It's just that this neighborhood is good adjacent.

Place is super Dirty and Run down, carwash doesn't work, and the landscaping looks hideous and there is garbage everywhere
