I had trouble with the other metro store on Watson Blvd, But I went to the store here in Kroger shopping center south side of town and the guy was great and he got my phone fixed and made me feel important to him as a customer

After a long and arduous process wasting time with an AI customer "service" rep on the phone, I managed to locate a storefront just before they closed for the day. Tan did a phenomenal job helping me, and she was super friendly and professional. I do not exaggerate in the least when I say she definitely saved her employer from losing a customer today!

Please be sure to check your lines if purchasing a phone. They be adding insurance to your account even if you dont ask for it. It brings their sales up. Will be going back for them to cancel it too. ThaTs considered betrayal because I told her not to do that.

The 2 female associates here today (9/27/23) are the best customer service associates that I have met in a looooong time! Metro PCS isn't known for having the best customer service, but these 2 black girls are the Sugar Honey Iced Tea!!! Thanks again ladies for fixing my problems and being so professional while doing it ? ?

The young lady Tan was very helpful. I hope I spelled her name correctly. The service was quick and very friendly. She offered assistance with the set up. Easy transaction less than 10 mins.

the service is a trash. Employee ID TAN is a Lier. He is the kind of guy who will sell his MOTHER for MONEY. what ever come out of his mouth is a lie. he will lie with you about the data plan. he will not give u receipt. he charged me 2 time extra and fraudulently try to sell the stuff you don't ask. more detail i will add soon. talking to corporate office.

The ladies here are very helpful. I came in for a screen protector for my Nokia X100 5G, and one of them asked me if they could put it on for me, I said yes, and she also gave me a microfiber cloth to go with my new screen protector. Thanks a million, Metro! -The lady with the sparkly phone case

They're absurdly rude, petty, and deceiving with disgusting attitides and I haven't seen a man work at this store yet. I asked for the owner to call me about my problem and she said she would relay the message. I doubt she did because I never heard from anyone. Manta is rude and loud for no reason and Kiana knew nothing about anything I asked her. The spanish girl with the glasses lied right to my face. Don't even go to this store for any reason. Not even to pay your bill. They will mess it up somehow! There are 2 other stores on Watson. Better off there and even they aren't the best, but it's better than here.
