I visited this Moe's location(Watson Blvd)on this past Moe's Monday(4/1/24) for a homewrecker bowl. My food was already bagged, so I didn't see the portion size until I got home. This is becoming a habit with this store regarding portion size. Every time I order online, the portion size gets smaller and smaller. This particular time was a kiddie portion of food. It was also missing ingredients. It was the worst food that I've ever gotten from this store.I called the store the next day and spoke with Michelle, who asked me to send the picture of what I received to her cell phone. I did so, and she asked if I wanted to come back to the store that day. I didn't, and I asked if I could get steak for my inconvenience, which she, of course, replied "no" with an attitude. She then said that I could come anytime and ask for her or Damon.I just left the store(4/4/24) with my remake of the bowl. When I approached Michelle, she was smiling until she realized who I was. She got an immediate attitude, but she prepared my bowl anyway. I asked if she had talked with Damon about whether I could get steak, and she emphatically said "NO!". We finally got to the sauces, and I asked if I could get both Moe's sauce and the poblano crema. She then says, "Ma'am, you can get your sauces over there, pointing to the sauce bar, all with a condescending tone.I asked her why I couldn't get it on the bowl and she said that I could, like I was an idiot. Online, you can only choose certain sauces on the bowl. The entire time, this unprofessional female, with a nasty disposition, rolled her eyes and had a complete attitude as if I was taking from her pocket. I visit this store often, and I feel like it's not too much to ask to have my food remade. This is the first time. As I was leaving, I was rushed out, and although Damon tried to offer me chips after he had already handed me the bag with a distressed look on his face, I told him that I wouldn't be returning to this location. He then asked what happened, which I tried to explain, but he only wanted to know if I wanted chips at that point so that I would return to this store. I didn't get what I wanted. I expended my gas to go back and get treated rudely. I will not patronize this business again until Michelle is no longer an employee. Moe's on Hwy 96 or Chipotle will get my business from now on. It's so disappointing, as a consumer, to know that the lack of professionalism, awful customer service, and poor quality of food we're expected to tolerate and pay for with our hard-earned money, when there are other choices that are better deserving of our time and money.

Good food, but don't order ahead. There are often issues using the app for them getting the order wrong. I recommend just having it made when you arrive.

I ordered Moe's for the first time using DoorDash, and it's the worst place to get food from. I asked for a simple chicken bowl with lettuce and queso cheese but ended up receiving a bowl with no cheese at all, and the food is old. The best part is, I called Moe's three times to complain about my order being wrong; the manager answered and hung up on me twice. I'm never ordering here again.

Went into Moe's to eat. Watched the extremely rude manager argue with a guest over cheese. He made her stand at the end of a very long line just to add cheese to her already prepared order. He mocked her the entire time she was in line, telling her things like "haha you gon wait" and when she asked for the manager, he was very rude about telling her he was, and refused to give her information for his superiors. He yelled out that his name was Cedric Holmes in a very cocky manner as though nothing would come of his awful service. It was rather disgusting and disappointing. I know I will not be visiting your restaurant again if that's how you treat people. Bad form
