None of the pumps even work. You can’t use tap to pay, which feels intentional. Pumps time out in like 5 second so if you expected the tap to pay to function and didn’t have your card out, you get to start over.
I gave up and moved on. It was one of the worst gas station experiences I’ve ever had. Keep driving.

Pump 18 today is leaking gas when the pump is on by the trigger part... It would be nice if I can get a credit sense. Some of my gas leaked out...

This gas station is on Watson Blvd in Walmart lot. It's a busy gas station and it does not give any, I mean any good service to customers. On Wednesday 5/14/24 the cashier said the Lotto was down in which it wasn't. she was overwhelmed and didn't want to be bothered with it the line was too long, with only 1 cashier. ?

Anytime I stop here after 10pm the pumps are closed even though the published time is 11:30pm.

Patience is a virtue; however, in business, QUALITY customer service is a necessity. The female clerk in attendance this morning was beyond rude to customers who clearly had been PATIENTLY waiting in line for a clerk-in-training to figure out how to scan a gift card for a payment. When asked by the next person in line if she'd open a register, she rudely replied, "Be patient". Mind you, as I've stated, the three of us who were waiting patiently had been in line for 7-10 minutes. Thankfully, I was taught NOT to pay people to mistreat me, so I drove across town to N. Houston to purchase gas. You would think that this station being one of the FEW on this end of Russell, that you'd receive better service but unfortunately that is NOT the case.

I LIVE 60 SECONDS FROM THIS MURPHY'S, AND BECAUSE OF THE FAT, LAZY, RUDE STAFF THEY KEEP THERE, I DRIVE PAST THIS STORE EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO TO THE STORE! After a year, I had to go in to play lottery on a whim, and what do you know? FAT, RUDE WHITE LADY! Rubbernecking and rolling her fat eyes, snapping at ppl. Its almost like they hire a certain type of person! Ugh. Never again. Don't even waste your time or money.
