“I cannot say enough good things about Lance, and the younger man with red hair( i am trying to remember his name, and I cant and I hate that ugh) in the print dept. I was at my wits end yesterday evening and needed some help with a project. Stressed out. Trying not to cry. Overwhelmed. 10/10 trainwreck. Anxiety had me in shut down, and I was barely able to tell him what I needed. This man was the most patient, kind, and helpful person I have come across in a long time. While he tried to figure out what I needed and get it done, Lance was helping me stay calm and get hom what he needed to take care of me. They got it done, and quickly. They were absolutely amazing. I got in my car and cried for a good 5 mi minutes before I could drive. When everything is wrong, sometimes the smallest act of kindness and patience is damn near life saving. Those 2 deserve to be recognized. For them it was a small thing, just doing their job. I needed something small (and probably dumb) and just needed help. They could have brushed me off. I'm SO grateful they didn't. Thank you guys. You were so busy, and your kindness will not be forgotten. World needs more of these two.”
