I wish they would take better care of their Bettas, every time I go I see dead fish and nasty water. Some of their betta fish are sick, a few were losing their scales. Its so sad to see and I feel like no living creature should be treated that way. The birds, reptiles, rodents and other fish have clean cages but not the Bettas. Other than that, this location is great. They have a lot of clearance items

Second time I send my dog to get cutt and get told he cannot be finished when his appt was at 12 he had his calming treats where he was fine and they started cutting his hair at 3:30 pm which is ridiculous and then they don’t finish service! Last time it was his nails not being trim! It was a mistake booking second appointment with this groomer in pet l! I don’t think it’s okay to make someone wait 3 hours to then say service can’t be completed! PetSmart groomers seem to suck in New York regular groomers get the job done in general real groomers get it done! So I don’t know what training is provided for them at PetSmart but it’s horrible service e

In the area visiting and decided to take my fur baby in for the works . The young girl kept pulling her face down and upward really hard. I could tell my dog had enough. I keep my cool but I will never return. Just think what she does to the pets in the back....I can't wait to get back to petsmart in Anderson S.C.

completely unprofessional service, extremely disrespectful & rude. the lady cashier with brown & black hair just walked off and decided to chat with her coworkers instead of checking out my boyfriend, who had already been waiting for 5 minutes to check out. the other woman cashier with the short hair, name tag said ‘jet’ was also extremely rude and unhelpful.

Alex loves to go to PetSmart for his grooming/buddy time with his pal Ace. Always a wonderful experience. Alex runs to the car with excitement when I mention going to see Ace. Thank you for being so sweet to him.
