We love our local Planet Fitness. Plenty of well cared for equipment to get an incredible workout in. The staff is super friendly and attentive to what needs to be done. The hydro massage beds are wonderful. I have been coming since Dec of 2020 after my cancer surgery. I'm in the best shape of my life at 54 years of age. Brought my 80 year old mother for the first time today.

They only have two stalls in the male bathroom and for almost two weeks now one of them has been out of order. I have multiple rental properties and I can get a plumber out in two days, this absolutely makes no sense that they would have a toilet down for weeks. Either they are cheap, inefficient, or just don’t know how to handle business all are terrible reasons to have a toilet inoperable this long!

If I could give no stars I would …. Don’t even try to cancel with them because they will say you didn’t and still take money out of your account they already take over $100 out of my account and trying to say I didn’t cancel with them with I did so far from professional and they won’t give you ur money they give you a fake HR number and can’t never talk to a manager or anybody in charge because they’re never there … it’s a just a big scam … just want my money back !!!!
