Customer service has gone down over the past few years to say the least. From the upper to the tellers they lie to customers about policies and procedures. Communication is everything when your funds are in a financial institutions hand!! I’ve been banking with this company since I was of age to hold an account. Have I always been a perfect customer for sure not but when an employee is wrong don’t lie for them make it right!! I’ve been without a debit card for weeks because of an employee’s discrepancy then I still don’t have one. Then a year ago or so because the amount of checks I was cashing I was told I needed further info by a specific teller not all following the same practice. So me as well as others will be making the FDIC aware of the manner of business being conducted.
