They couldn't take my oil filter off, and they still changed my oil without asking first, and they didn't check the air in my tires like they was supposed to because, I knew for a fact that I needed air in my tire because I have a Mercedes and my sensor kept telling me and they added no oil, I was supposed to get 8.5 quarts of oil and the receipt just said they put 5.. I'm coming back up there Monday to complain to the owner or someone because that was bad business, if I knew that they couldn't of take my filter off I wouldn't of got it changed. And I specifically asked them what was wrong and they told me nothing then proceeded to change my oil then told me afterwards...

Rude management. They lie and say you bad mouth their service when in fact they half way do the work correctly. Went in for a radiator issue and my car was still running hot and not functioning properly. The clerk at the front was really nice and respectful but I would not recommend. 0/10

BEST SERVICE EVER!!!! From the moment I called ahead to my car being completed was a breeze. They showed me everything that was wrong and what was needed to correct it. I’m really big on staying informed and I usually have to ask for updates BUT NOT HERE!!!! They kept me posted on everything they did EVEN BEFORE THEY DID IT!! I loved it!!!! Not to mention the area was clean and AC was blowing!! Yes!! I will always come back for service from here on out. I appreciate everything they did and their friendliness toward their customers. Spencer (my car) and I are extremely happy and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts and engine!

I absolutely recommend this place. I really enjoy coming in and dealing with Jessica because she’s so sweet and does her best at helping you out. She’s also great at remembering names and faces which means ALOT! This is the only place I go to for oil changes. Every time I’ve been there I’ve always received GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. And they always have my car finished in a good timely manner. Love this place!!!
