This is by far the worst Home Depot I have shopped at. Very unorganized and help is hard to find. Unlike other hardware stores and Home Depots, none of the employees speak or ask you if you need help. The selection of items that I was looking for is much better than Lowe's across the street, so that is the only reason why I patronized this location. It was a Saturday afternoon, and I saw a light fixture I wanted, but an entire forklift was sitting right in front of the one I wanted, so i had to be creative and move all the items beside it off the shelf to get the one I wanted, no workers were in sight btw. Then, the specific bathroom faucet that I wanted was on display, but I did not see the actual box on the shelf. I went online to see what stores had the faucet in stock, and it said the Warner Robbins store that I was currently at had 13. It showed aisle 9 and bin E2, so I proceeded to aisle 9 and could not find the item. Then I flagged down a young man who worked there and asked him where to find the item even showed him the web page, and he said E2 was the end cap and moved on. I searched for about 30 minutes, and even random men who didn't work there who were shopping offered to help me, yet I could not get any help from the actual workers. I had things to do, so I checked out the items in my cart and ordered the faucet for pickup since it was obvious that they would have to look for them. Instead of the 2 hours, pickups tend to take they emailed me 3 hours later saying my faucet was ready to be picked up. I went straight to the online pickup section, and the rude guy behind the counter was like, "You need something." Well, the sign did say online pick up, and I was standing there, so I thought it was obvious, but I told him anyway that I was picking up an online order. He asked me for an order #, when the website only says to show up with ID. He finally entered my name. Amazingly, my order popped up, and then he asked for ID. Once he noticed me taking pictures gearing up for this review, he was more polite. Thankfully, I ended up getting everything I needed that day due to the awesome selection, but the customer service is horrible. Unless you know exactly what you want and where to find it, this location is not worth your time and frustration.

I did several applications here. A manager told me I was hired, but never answered my calls about a schedule or contacted me with one. I called several times, and the very last time I called, a girl told me she'd put me through to someone who could help, just for her to be heard laughing in the background for 20minutes while I waited for help(she forgot to actually put me on hold, so I heard everything she said). All my other calls up until this point were met with excuse like "oh, the person who can access information for hires isn't here." He's not there....everyday for two weeks?? If it wasn't that, it was, "we're not hiring." Then why do you have hiring advertisements online and why did you tell me I was hired??? These people just like to play in other peoples faces. I held off on other options because I was told I had a job.

Just walked in and asked customer service if they sold the kid aprons or tool belts. Waa very quickly told no and dismissed. I went down to the tools and asked the old man working and he helped look quickly. The customer service desk was not busy and could have easily helped me. For kicks looked on the website when I got in my car and it says they have 68 kid tool belts in the store! After the way Custer service desk helped me (NOT), I will be looking somewhere else for my sons construction bday party supplies! It is not hard to be nice to people especially when you work at the customer service desk!

If and when you decide that you want to waste your time and be totally upset and angry about shopping , go to Home Depot. Their incompetent begins with the corporate office and runs down the management chain like a stomach virus. Management is totally oblivious to customers or employees. The CEO should have been fired yesterday.

Made the mistake of ordering something online- cancelled order immediately- ordered a more expensive product- I was assured I would never be charged- of course I was charged- two weeks later still disputing it with Home Depot- product that they know for fact I didn't get- they keep telling me a computer glitches- after 2 week and endless phone calls- I'm just going to have my bank reverse the charge- horrible service over a charge for item I never got- I also spent $1000 more dollars with them the same month- Home Depot Has lost me as a customer- I will now be a Lowes man

We scouted out Refrigerators over several days. Several places we went to we couldn't find anyone to help us. We were at our whits end with our quest finding a counter depth fridge that has the features I wanted. Then our Hero AJ came and offered assistance. He found us the perfect fridge. We were able to pick it up the next day. My husband didn't catch the lady's name that assisted him with pick-up but she was very nice and professional. We just moved from another state and haven't experienced the level of service in probably 10-20 years. Thank You AJ and wonderful helper. You made what was turning out to be a nightmare a fabulous experience.

Insane experience at Warner Robins Home Depot 6/8/2021 I would not be posting this had I been allowed to speak to the store manager but was repeatedly not allowed to. The man I was talking to claimed to be Assistant Manager then later said was Asst. Mgr of appliances. Maybe all sales people are Asst. Mgrs. Or maybe just self promoted. I don't know or care but wanted the store manager but not allowed. So, here goes: This Home Depot has been my "go to" store since moving to this area 12 years ago and I have spent from 13-20 thousand dollars, mostly on roofing in that time period. May be no more after this encounter. I need a new refrigerator but was told cannot deliver to my zip code, 31057, only 23 miles from store. OK, I can pick up at the store. No, can't ship to store either. OK, how about this approx. $1500.00 one in the clearance/sale isle? No, can't sell you that one either. While looking at this same one, I noticed dents in the door and asked is that price a "scratch and dent price or a clearance/sale price? Was told that it was not "scratch and dent" price. When will that change? No clear answered stated. But salesperson did explain that it will eventually be put back in the showroom, then returned to regular price and then priced as "scratch and dent" which may be even higher than the sale/clearance price that's on it now. This reminds me of the Abbott and Costello "Who's On First" routine. Bottom line is that Home Depot will not sell me a new or damaged refrigerator. As a previous Sears employee, I've seen similar attitudes before and look where Sears is now. Fortunately, Home depot is not the only place to purchase a refrigerator. My new one will be delivered on the 22nd.

The worst customer experience, do not order carpet from Homedepot in Warner Robin's the installers they use are the worst. The staff that I interacted with Homedepot are incompetent. It took me nearly 2 months to have my carpet installed, with no transitions installed, which is part of the installation process. The worst customer service I ever experienced I experienced with Homedepot. I will never buy from this store again. The only reason I am entering 1 star is because it requires a rating in order for me to submit the review.

Stop by a couple days ago looking for a Christmas tree with my parents. It was late, cold, and a truck had just pulled up with more trees. Hoping to get the freshest free possible they waited to see the new arrivals. Darrin, who had over 40 trees needing to be unloaded that evening, selected one for my parents to look at. He pulled the mesh cover off, shook it out. It was chosen. He then rewraps it for us, trimmed the trunk and the bottom few branches. Gave us the stump to sign so it could be added to a creative display at Home Depot. Then he helps carry the tree out to the truck and as a precaution secured a flag to tie to the tree top for other drivers to see. We were beyond impressed and warmed by Darrin's genuine hospitality. Despite having other things on his plate, he took time with us and created the most memorable tree picking experience at least I have ever had! Many thanks to Darrin and the Home Depot team working that evening!!!

I purchased a stove top and it's been a month since I bought it and it's still sitting in a box in my kitchen floor. It's the worst service anywhere I need a new floor guess where I'm not going.

Seriously the most unhelpful store I've been two. This is my third time trying to get some easy wood cut. There really is only ONE kid in the whoooole store that knows how to use the machine?? And he is never around.

This Home Depot located in Warner Robins, GA is convenient and is likely to have what you need. The employees are generally nice and very helpful. I find their prices to be cheaper than Lowe's. Don't forget 10% military discount!
