Terrible customer service! Cashier looked real dumb when she went through extra steps for no reason “checking” shoes after making a comment to my 13 year old about their shoes not being in a box that we didn’t even look at. Needless to say, all of our shoes matched and I ONLY purchased cause I’m on a time crunch, won’t ever go back!

Shoes are wayyyy over priced. Went looking for some sandals I had seen on Amazon for $40, and they were $65 at Rack room. Even on the actual brand website, the exact same shoes are only $40.

I have now had two pair of shoes fall apart after buying them here. They were both women’s sandal type style.
I’ve barely worn either pair. When i went back to ask to exchange a pair, i was told that they no longer had that style there. due to that fact they couldn’t help me.
I will not buy anymore women’s sandals here.

I feel the need to share an incredibly scary experience that happened today. I was shopping at rack room shoes on Watson with my 6-month-old baby when everyone got an urgent weather alert on our phones about a tornado warning and to seek shelter immediately. As the store suddenly lost power and sirens blared outside, I expected the staff to direct us on where in the building we should go.
Instead, I was shocked when the employee asked everyone to leave the store and step out into the pouring rain, strong winds, and blaring sirens! We were all sent out into the chaos without any consideration for our safety, let alone the safety of babies, kids, or anyone else in the store.
Thankfully, I didn’t see a tornado, and everything has calmed down now, but the entire experience was terrifying. It’s concerning that a store wouldn't have a plan in place to keep their customers safe during such an emergency. I sincerely hope this is an issue they address so no one else has to experience the same panic in the future.

my time at rack room shoe store was phenomenal!!! i walked in and was greeted within seconds and with smiles from all associates! i had help if needed and got advice from store manager and other associates. by the way that i was taken care of, i would definitely recommend rack room shoe store to anyone, GREAT STORE WITH AWESOME SHOE CHOICES! THANKS RACK ROOM!!!!!!!!

This store has a wide variety of shoes…however, the buy one get one 50% promo is very misleading. I tried purchasing the initial shoe then the 2nd pair for 50% and was told that since the 50% off shoe was more expensive, it didn’t qualify for the buy one get the other for 50% off. This isn’t the first incident like this. There’s always a fine print clause that’s used to not honor THEIR deal! It’s so not worth your time. Simply check out Show Carnival or the new store, Shoe Station to avoid being scammed and frustrated. I’m DONE with rack room! Wow!
