I was just here to get air in my tires and the people here were AMAZING. I spoke to CJ on the phone beforehand and he was very kind and told me what I needed to know. I did not catch the name of the man who put air in my tires, but he was also nice and helpful. Thank ya'll!

Great customer service!! always polite and professional. Went in bc I thought I needed my tires rotated but come to find out the tred was at the point of needing new tires. They recommended a tire other than the ones I originally had, stating they were a better tire. Skeptical bc I like my tires, but went with their advice. WOW!! They are amazing! Rides better than new. Also, gave recommendations on what I need to do about the seals around my windshield and the transmission . This is the only place I would take my car for tires. Your professionalism is greatly appreciated!!

I needed to fix my AC so it was recommended to come here by someone who has had cars fixed here for many years. The store was clean and the staff friendly. Communication was way much better here than most places you will find in any industry. The labor costs were $160 an hour which was surprisingly higher to me than I remember labor costs over the years. I had multiple items needing replaced and I thought they could have multitasked instead of charging full book (hours) price which is good for them making profits but bad for me who still pays the stacked up full book rates even if much less time is actually needed. So in effect, I probably paid way too much for labor. On a positive note, the warranty was handwritten on my paperwork as 2 years 24000 miles. But I don't know if it's written officially anywhere

Needed to get my Oil changed, walked inside and stood at the front counter for 15 minutes while one rep was on the phone and the other guy dipped in the back. I guess to avoid me. It was one other person in the lobby that was a customer so NOT BUSY. I was never even acknowledged and I felt invisible. Another rep walked in and never looked at me either. This was truly disappointing since I have used Raffield so many times in the past for years at a different city. Now I will never be going back.
Later that same day I did receive a phone call from the store manager and his father that ran another store relatively shortly after the situation happened. They were very apologetic and offered to make it right and wanted me to keep my business with them. I can appreciated that as a fellow business owner and how timely and professional they handled it. So I have changed this review from a 1 star to 5.

Very happy with my first visit. Walked in on a relatively busy morning, they had me diagnosed, and on my way in less than an hour. They don’t perform unnecessary services and are seemingly straight forward. The two gentleman at the counter were exceptional. Will for sure be back in the future.

This place is hands down the best shop to take your vehicle to get repairs and/or tires! The shop manager Cj is amazing and will help you anyway he can! 10/10 I definitely recommend this place!
