On yesterday I visited Raffield Tire on Watson Blvd and had the opportunity to speak with Doug. Doug provided great customer services. Doug kept me informed on what was going on with my car. Not only was Doug pleasant to work with, but I had other associates that made my visit less stressful. The atmosphere was very inviting . I will return back for services. Thank you Doug!!!!

Went to get new brakes today. Ashley came and told me we didn't need new brakes. Ours were fine. She was HONEST!! They could have just put them on and made the money. Thank you Ashley for great customer service!! We will choose you next time because of this!!Services: Auto brake repair

We took our family van to them to get the tail lights fixed. They told us they would have to take the dash apart to diagnose it for $600. Then another $750 to fix. Our warranty company would only pay half because they said it shouldn’t cost that much. They kept the car for a week and a half after they said they already had the part and then we found out that they had taken it to the Ford dealership to repair. The warranty company and the Ford dealership both said they shouldn’t have taken the dash apart to diagnose it. We will not be taking our car back there.- update Raffield did refund us the labor cost of taking the dash apart, which I think is outstanding. Now our warranty will cover the full amount for the repairs. I’m glad Raffield has this type of customer service.

I'm new to Raffield but decided to give them a try when I found out they hired Ashley Holman. Once you find someone honest and capable, you'd be willing to follow them anywhere! So glad Raffield snatched her up. The mechanics there were great. Once they fixed my car, I picked it up and dropped off my husband's. I will definitely be back...hopefully not too soon, though :)

Highly recommend this location: professional and friendly, keeping the customer informed. We brought our vehicle to Raffield's after putting up with another service center for several days in an attempt to diagnosis and repair a radiator problem. The Raffield team was quick to diagnose and repair the problems, at a fair price. I would use their services again.

an entire scam. forgot to put coolant back in the system after service and tried to say it was because of a slow coolant leak. wanted to charge an additional $700 to replace radiator after id paid $1700 ( didn't look like a new part had been installed to me. plus a part i had not been told about was added. i should've asked for the invoice before payment). i took the car to another shop for a pressure test and no leak was found. it just needed a radiator cap. don't waste your time or hard earned money especially if you're a woman. also i asked the mechanic to explain the issue and where the leak was coming from and other basic questions and he was literally shrugging his shoulders

They are the best in town. Our tire needed air in the midst of a storm and they right away welcomed us and serviced us. When I worked at the hotel across the street front desk, I would always recommend them and no one was ever disappointed. Thank you Mr. Rashad and Mr. Charles. God bless your company and your workers.

I called and ask for a quote on ac refill was told $145 plus the cost of the coolant to refill my ac . Brought my car over and when the job was done the total was $510 for the job straight robbery. If you get any service done at this place make sure to get the price first before you let them work on your car . I have Range Rover I was better of going to Land Rover dealership probably won’t cost that much

My husband and I have gone to this location numerous times for service on our cars. Every time I've gone there I have had nothing but exceptional service. Randy Brown and his team at the Watson Blvd in Warner Robins, Ga location is superb. I'm always in and out in a timely manner and the cost is reasonable. Thank you Randy and your team. Had a brake job done on my car here. I had to return 5 times within 6 weeks in order for them to correct the issue. I incurred numerous Uber fees, had to leave my vehicle all day each time I took my car back. Even after 3 technicians rode in my car and heard the brake scrubbing, I'd take my car the next day for repairs and they could not figure out the issue.

I asked them to check my truck out and make sure there wasn't anything wrong with it and After test driving it buddy said there wasn't nothing wrong with it didn't try to make up no story or nothing real honest he couldn't judge me he couldn't tell me something was wrong with that when there was it and gotten me to pay for someone necessary s*** but they didn't do that yeah you handed me my truck back and said to trucks fine buddy and my truck is fine
