I should have known what kind of ppl I was dealing with when I walked in and nobody spoked. They looked up and looked back down and continued what they were doing. Once I got to the counter I stood there a min before they acknowledged me. Still no greeting just asked me was I returning or exchanging. I told her what I was doing and she slide a card and pen to me and told me to fill out. As I’m filling it out she grabs my bag and goes through it. She pushes my stuff back towards me and says “jewelry is non refundable and so are bodysuits”. She said this is a real nasty attitude. I explained to her nobody told me this when I bought it as I wouldn’t have bought it on a chance it might not work or too big. She said nothing. No im sorry for your inconvenience, no nothing. She just ignored me and started back working on what she was working on when I walked up to the counter. I felt very disregarded and like I didn’t matter as a customer. I get policy is policy but you need to make sure it’s being put out when ppl are buying so they know they risk they are taking with certain things. I walked in saying how stylish the clothes were and I need to shop in here more often to saying I’ll never step foot in that Rainbow again.

I don't frequent this location often because you can walk in and the gals working there do NOT wish to stop their gabbing to even say hello to a customer. WELL TODAY WAS QUITE DIFFERENT!!!! I WAS GREETED WITH THE MOST PLEASANT VOICE EVER AND HER VOICE HAD A WELCOMING SMILE!!! I HAVE TO TAKE THE TIME TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW. I ASKED FOR HER NAME "CALANDRA HARPE" I TRULY WANT TO THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME SUCH A PLEASANT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!!

Cute clothes for junior sizes. But no fitting room??? I was told by two employees that I should purchase the clothes I wanted for my daughter, then go to the mall bathroom to have her try them on and return what didn't fit. I thought they were joking, but they were being serious. According to them, the firing room hasn't been "authorized" to reopen since stores shut down during the pandemic (3 years ago). Just when I think I've heard everything, someone comes up with something new and more outrageous.

I would’ve gave it 5 stars but I was shocked they no longer have a dressing room… and they don’t have baskets or shopping carts to put your stuff in. The store would be even better if it expanded or was reorganized… I feel claustrophobic everything is so close together and there’s not a clear pathway to walk though when looking at clothes.
