  Gross!!! I immediately got my money back from this place!! I saw more rodent boxes than people. It’s for people who’s needing a place to stay…weekly!! Monthly!! Annually!!

  My name is Michael and my wife and I have been booking one of the conference rooms twice a month since December 2024. The staff has always been helpful and accommodating. They have gone out of their way to make us feel welcome and valued. We are extremely thankful for everything they have done for us

  The best staff ever. Nichole the General Manager, and her staff have the best attitude, Awesome customer relations. They actually care. They make you feel like you're at 5 star resort. Best Hotel in Middle GA. . Five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ . Thanks to the Ramada Inn staff You are Awesome Thank you Coleman Shuttlesworth.

  I truly appreciate the courtesy stay for 2 nights . Originally it was supposed to be an onsite job . But things went left , Nicole the property manager was VERY VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO ME!!!!! The rooms are ran down but over priced… Overall the front desk ladies were very nice and I appreciate that. but the property manager attitude really sucks . For me to be starting a job the first night , she yelled and screamed at me , claiming “MY COMMUNICATION SKILLS SUCK” but HER TONE WITH ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND WAS VERY VERY UGLY !!!!! SHE THREATENED TO CALL THE “cops” on me if I wasn’t off the property in 10mins also . Not so professional AT ALL TO BE A MANAGER!! She needs to work on the communication skills when she get upset because the way she disrespected me but didn’t want me to speak up for myself was insane !!!! Wendy which is the corporate operation manager or whatever think she’s a hard ass and very hostile. very much condoned in Whatever her property manager said , although I communicated well with Wendy they were definitely in cowhoots together with the disrespect!!

  My dad booked a room while he visited. His room was in the back of the hotel, was sketchy as can be. He walked in the room and smelled Mary Jane and went to get another room. The TV in the next room didn't work, pretty sure I saw some bedbugs. Needless to say, we went to another hotel.

  It's an economy hotel. It could use updating. I was on the first floor. No carpet. The floors were clean, no odd smells. No signs of bugs at all. You will not turn the hot water on by itself and stand in the shower. It's hot. The shower head had multiple settings. The massage felt like a pressure washer. It was nothing short of amazing on my neck and shoulders. It's very quiet. It's a great hotel for the price. The staff are very kind and care. I highly recommend this hotel. .

  Room had wet squishy carpet esp near bathroom. Hair all over shower and sink/vanity area. Room smelled like marijauna. Tv was broken.

  I reserved there from Marcn 20-23. When I first walked in the room the smell was horrible. The shower curtain horrible with all that nasty stuff on it once you close the curtain. The toilet not even clean as snow. It has rusty brown stuff inside the toilet. The long desk was sitting on side of the with and I couldn't pull the chair out because the bed block it. The night clerk was awesome and patient after I told that I'm deaf. I spoke to the different clerk the other day asked for plastic forks and they went looking for some but don't have it. I forgot her name but she was so nice and friendly.

  By far the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. We had random wet spots on the carpet in both of our rooms, trash, and I vacuumed carpet for sure. They were both supposed to be non smoking but stank to high hell of cigarettes. There were roaches (dead at-least), but still gross, in BOTH rooms. There was random staining on the curtains that looked like dry blood, one room had a small amount of pet vomit on the floor by the foot of the bed. Absolutely disgusting, not what I expect at all from a Wyndham hotel. The shower in one room filled 1/2 with water when trying to take a shower because the tub didn’t drain well. There was nasty crap in the fridge so we didn’t use them. Also was forced to check in from outside, wasn’t aloud in the lobby, which was odd. Due to the roaches in the rooms we decided to pass on the continental breakfast they offer. If I hadn’t booked online and paid before I got here, I sure as hell wouldn’t have stayed here.
