Great service! Angela Douglas went above and beyond! I am giving this place 5 stars solely because of her. She was professional and pleasant while making sure all our banking needs were met. Amazing!! I am so appreciative.

I would give zero stars if I could. Wanted to open a new account but didn’t have SS Card. I live on base, 2 minutes away and said I would grab it and come right back, which would put me at 3:50 returning. Kim stated that if 4:00 came, it wouldn’t matter where we were in the process of setting up an account for my son, I would have to leave. It’s obvious she wanted to leave right at 4, and I get that. However, if I’m there before 4, I should receive the same service regardless. Having worked many years in customer service, I was shocked to hear her say that. Do not let lazy people handle your money. Kim is lazy. Therefore, do not let Kim handle your money.

Do not recommend using this bank. I called 5 times and each time waited over 10 minutes to talk to someone about my bank account.

Zero star for this case. Sorry to say that this Brick and mortal type of Bank rejected my LLC Business Account, just because it is a Self-Directed IRA business, which is regulated and in-compliance to IRS rules of Self-Managing your own IRA fund. They allow to open an IRA account, which means Robins FCU is the one that will manage the fund for the member. They do not let you go by the right to manage your own, which allowed as per IRS regulation. Very disappointed. I find an online bank that welcome any new members to open Business Account, and all done in minutes via computer-online , no need to wait for a long and slow process in the building of a bank.
