Went into the store in Warner Robin and the heavy set, female manager there with the long nails has an extremely nasty attitude. She had the audacity to tell Jada that she needed to greet customers as they came in, which she had been bc she greeted me. Jada had already handled the line of customers while the manager sacheted around the store doing nothing. Then she finally decided to take customers after jada had got the line down to only one customer left. There was an alarm on address that had been going off for the last hour. I asked her if they could do anything about it. She said, yes. I said, oh, you're just not going to? She didn't respond. Then she began to bash this store in Perry, saying they did ok with their lil 2 mil in sales while they did 14 mil. I'm sure they had nothing to do with her attitude bc she doesn't need to be at any store. It is nerve-wracking to be in a store with alarms going off and a manager on her phone, sacheting around doing nothing and then to have a nasty attitude is an equation for loss of sales.

Terrible customer service and incompetent staff. Stole 30 bucks from me. Provided a gift receipt and said I want to return this gift and the cashier refunded 30 back to the card. I said no this is a gift I don't want it back to that card as i didn't buy it. she said there's nothing I can do about it, it's already refunded. Then the manager said the same thing. Then accused me of not speaking up. Why else would someone have a gift receipt?! Are you dumb!? I should have got store credit.

Come here frequently to shop, never really complain. Was here yesterday with my mother and bought a pair of sweatpants, the cashier was super awesome and kind, even informed me they have a senior discount on Tuesday’s and put one on for my mom which I thought was very kind.
When I got home I tried the pants on, they were a medium but fit like an XL. I noticed the tag doesn’t even look like the right one. I came back to exchange them today and the management team said the pants were mislabeled so I shouldn’t have been able to even buy them. They refused to refund or exchange as well which I thought was so odd considering I wasn’t the one who tagged them and put them on the floor. I left the pants with them and refuted the charges but I was just very shocked at how un-helpful the management team was. No discussion about it or no solutions, just simply ‘we can’t do nothing for you’. They also tried to question me about the senior discount which I’m in my 30’s and in no way could pass for being over 55. The whole interaction was odd. I shop there a couple times a week but that 25 min drive to Marshall’s is looking a lot better now.

Everytime I come here they always have a sign on the door. The bathrooms always out of order everyday. And you have one way in and way out. The managers here are very disrespectful and unhappy they at work. The young lady with the long nails and glasses always on her phone on speaker like everyone wants to hear her personal connection. I ask to see a pocket book and it was like i ask her to pay for it. And the door blocked with carts is unsafe along with all the hangers and merchandise all over the floor. It's just 1:30pm and this store a hot mess. Less talking about personal stuff. Need more focus on picking up the merchandise. Customer shouldn't shop from the floor.

I am a legendary customer of Roses store and I just left this store and the cashier told me it was $35. I put $35 on the counter and she didn't want to take it. She said I had to hand it to her. She stood there waiting for me to pick up the money from the counter and put it in her hand. Her name is Heater. Terrible service -10 negative stars.

everytime i come here i sit in the line for 30+ minutes. and theyre always beyond rude to EVERYBODY in the line. the “manager” was like “you feel bad for the people” for their poor work ethic. if you wanna talk crap about the customer and not do your job… quit.

Sunday night 10/6/24 around about 7:45 I want you to purchase a purse.A nightmare this manager was so rude and on her personal phone.Her nails was so long she couldn't get the purse off the rack she was having a hard time with the key. If you get off the phone and cut your nails 💅 down maybe you can get more done. And I'm sure they don't pay you to be on your personal phone have inappropriate personal conversations. As nasty as the story is with all these clothes on the floor and that bathroom always out of order. This is where your force is needed. The personal phone calls can wait and your very loud. This store is going down fast if this the management. No customer service at all and very racist and disrespectful.

Usually has pretty cute items for good prices, but wanted to commend Mary who was working at the fitting rooms. Very kind and friendly to all the customers and was patient with me when I kept having to go back to try on different sizes. Definitely the nicest employee I’ve ever interacted with here.

Tried to return a pair of shoes and was turned down by a dismissive and rude manager. My local Ross took the shoes back no questions asked. Will not be returning.
