“This place is amazing! I can come and go as much as I need to from 6am-10pm everyday. It's well lit inside and outside, has coded entry, and it also has cameras which aid in my feeler safer. The manager Lisa and Renesha have gone out of their way to make me a welcome customer as well as following up on questions I had. I highly recommend both the facility and staff at Storage Sense on Cohen Walker!”

“Had only had unit 1 month. Told the employee in the off when I went in to pay on January 3rd 2026 that I would be moving out in 1 week. Instead of him probation my rent for the one week he charged me for a whole month. When I called them to let them know that I had moved out a day early and my lock was removed and unit was swept and cleaned better than I had received it. They asked if my love was removed, which I again told them yes, and asked then what I would be being charged for the 1 week rental. He then informed me that thuer is no refund. I told him that the person who I had just spoken with 1 week prior had told me thier would be a refund, and now he is telling me that thier isn't. I have called the customer service number and have spoken with a district manager they have claimed. Still haven't received anything even after the district senior manager has told me that I would be reimbursed. Go else where poor business educate and poor customer service. I will update thus post if I receive and reimbursement.”

“The owner of Lightening Auto Detail (U-Haul rental location) was professional, courteous, and very helpful with this rental, ensuring the tow equipment was safely secured to the vehicle with all lights functioning as they should. Further, the Field Manager was able to correct an erroneous invoice billing resulting from what should have been a no-charge equipment swap at another location. While the erroneous double billing was initially stressful, the actions of the Customer Service, Scheduling, and the Field Manager instilled a sense of confidence, integrity, and loyalty toward the company. Because of my overall experience, I would gladly use U-Haul in the future, and I would not hesitate to recommend the company to my friends and family, whose safety and security mean the world to me. Thank you, Team U-Haul!”
“Uhaul seriously needs to fix the way they do reservations!! The last 3x I've rented a truck it's taken FOREVER to pick it up and I made a reservation each time!! At this location Sam is the best!!! She knows this place like the back of her hand so she does make the experience better. However to do everything ahead online and still have it take over an hour to get the truck is crazy!! Not to mention I used a neighborhood dealer for the 2nd move--because I had to put my stuff and storage and move again a week later and I tried to sign up for the online check in but the online check in is completely non-existent if you don't tell the dealer than I'm coming!! Thank goodness the very helpful lady was there and thank goodness I showed up earlier than I was planning because otherwise she said I would have been out of luck--the keys wouldn't have been available! When people are moving, this is just an additional headache that we do NOT want!! So I don't have complaints about the people--they are great!!!”

“See photos and video Although they cost us time and money I still give 5 stars We was given a faulty-wiring trailer to do a round-trip drop-off and pick-up in MISISSIPPI & #TEXAS then return to #Georgia normally an 14 to #18hour #oneway run. However, because the brake-light wasn't working #roadside meet with us and said the wiring is burnt-out and he replaced and checked it he informed me that such issue can blow the fuse(s) in the towing vehicle
The others went on... while i lost time and money because I had to stay with the trailer NOW I HAVE drop off the trailer in Texas and fly back to Georgia. I am beyond irritation & upset but the uhaul team are so friendly helpful and nice, I could do 3 stars given the setbacks and I lost money but they're so nice at this location I am furious ? and being pulled-over (not ticketed) because of brake light not lighting up”
