I can call Shaun's number 50 times in a row and you will always get the voicemail. Insurance company denied a claim for an accident I was in, claiming I did not have insurance and that the tag on my truck had been change. The officer ran my tag and came back as Insured. I would not recommend this company.

I have been dealing with Shawn and his staff for a couple of years now for all of our insurance needs, and am very comfortable and satisfied with their service. He responds promptly to all emails, phone calls and request that I have. If he doesn’t get right on it, he has a staff member that he passes it on to and they get right on it! I feel like I’m speaking with family whenever I am corresponding with either of them. I recommend Shawn and his staff for all of your insurance needs!

Shawn and his office staff go above and beyond. We had a few issues with our bill in the past and Shawn worked closely with us and very hard to help us get back on track. And we had a claim that was taken care of right away. We have been with them for several years now. Best insurance agent in town!

Mr. Buchanan at Country Financial is an awesome agent. I have all my real-estate and vehicles insured with him. Had to have a couple of auto claims settled in the last year and his service was stellar. Highly recommend Shawn Buchanan at Country Financial!
