Five-Star Service from Cassidy at Sherwin-Williams on Hwy 96
I don’t typically write reviews, but my recent experience with Cassidy at the Sherwin-Williams store on Hwy 96 absolutely deserves the spotlight. From start to finish, Cassidy went far above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed for my pool deck project.
Not only did she guide me to the perfect paint for the job, but she also made sure I received the best possible price. Her recommendation to enroll in a Sherwin-Williams Pro account was a no-brainer—not because of a sales pitch, but because she genuinely wanted to make sure I was taken care of. It was clear from the beginning that she wasn’t just selling paint—she was providing an experience.
But here’s what really floored me: a few days after my purchase, Cassidy personally called me just to check in and see how the project turned out. No sales angle. No reminder to sign up for anything. Just a genuine check-in to see if I was happy with the results. In a world where customer service is often reduced to a script, that personal touch meant everything.
Then, when I returned a second time to grab more paint, the store was slammed. Still, Cassidy was cool as the other side of the pillow. You’d think she was the general manager the way she calmly led the team, guided customers, located missing orders, and kept everything flowing. She was everywhere at once—but never flustered, never rushed, and always professional.
People like Cassidy are rare. Her customer service, knowledge, and leadership presence are unmatched. Whatever path she chooses in life, her future is bright. I sincerely hope Sherwin-Williams sees in her what I—and clearly many others—do. She's not just an asset to the store—she is the standard.

This Sherwin Williams doesn’t want to work you on the phone they can’t understand you and then you order the paint the are not even mixing the paint this location is just a waste of time. I really wanted to put 0 stars because this is the 2nd time they did this

I love this store, helpful staff and overall just a pleasant experience every time. Alana and Josh are super helpful and if I can compliment this store more it’s Alana….she is fantastic. She is very customer service oriented and probably has the best customer service skills I’ve ever encountered….yes ever. Duplicate her and put her in every retail store, doctors office or anywhere that relies on customer service as a driving force of success; she is that good. This sherwin Williams store has my business for life or as long as I’m in the area. Keep up the superb work and give Alana a raise and recognition.
