I love this store, helpful staff and overall just a pleasant experience every time. Alana and Josh are super helpful and if I can compliment this store more it’s Alana….she is fantastic. She is very customer service oriented and probably has the best customer service skills I’ve ever encountered….yes ever. Duplicate her and put her in every retail store, doctors office or anywhere that relies on customer service as a driving force of success; she is that good. This sherwin Williams store has my business for life or as long as I’m in the area. Keep up the superb work and give Alana a raise and recognition.

This was a return visit and the service was excellent! No need to bring empty paint can because they keep track of your purchases. Makes it easy to get more paint to finish your job.
