Went to open an account. Lady was condescending and matter of fact. I thought a bank would be happy to have new customers. Don't know why but she had no interest in helping me open an account. I felt very unwelcome. It was clear I wasn't the right "fit" for this bank. I decided to go with another bank.

Everything was cool until I was asked to come in to cash a check. Never had to do that before plus a $5 fee

Opened a business account at Synovus on 96. GREAT experience with Jeff Bishop! I went "bank shopping", and this was the 4th bank I visited to gather information and get a feel for things. I decided right then and there to go with Synovus. Jeff got me all set up in no time and made the process seamless! Jimetra and Cameron at Synovus are a pleasure to deal with on a daily basis when I need to go into the branch. Always friendly professional! Also, met Miss Connie recently too. Check this bank out! Customer Service is off the charts compared to other banking locations in town!
