I had the absolute pleasure of visiting the Target while visiting Warner Robins, Georgia, and it was an amazing experience thanks to the superb customer service I received from Miss Angie.
She was one of the sweetest and most helpful employees I’ve ever encountered! Her kindness, patience, and genuine smile made my entire trip so much more enjoyable. It’s clear that she truly cares about providing a great shopping experience for every customer.
Target is lucky to have someone like Miss Angie on their team, and I’ll definitely be returning to this location in the future! Highly recommend this store—and especially Miss Angie—for an all-around wonderful experience! The Target locations in NYC could learn a thing or two from Miss Angie!

Gone downhill! Random trash thats been there for days all over the shelves, and this one worker (white with brown hair and a prominent moustache) was sitting on his phone watching videos instead of doing his job! Actually insane and I wont be doing anymore shopping here after seeing that!

This Target used to be nice. But then they remodeled it and now it never stays clean & they never have anything in stock. So sad.

Slow, and when you place an online order you had BETTER PICK IT UP QUICK, they don't give you very long to pick it uo!!!

Order pick up has been taking anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour! Shouldn’t be an option if it’s going to take this long! Only reason I do it is to get the online deals.

Management either needs to get their stuff together when it comes to staffing for pickup orders or HELP out with pickup orders. Absolutely wild how poorly the management handles things

I'll never step inside Target again. No smiling faces. Security everywhere. Lines backed up. Customer service backed up with one very rude mf working it. Terrible. TERRIBLE. People have the unmitigated gall to look down on Walmart in favor of Target... the nerve. Target is the one that's low brow.

First I want to say how extremely hot it is in this location. And it was 45 outside. I love target but this is by far the worst experience. It was not clean at all. Trash and clothes everywhere. Clothes section was not managed at all. Half the items were in the wrong place and smudges on them from being on the floor. Staff was unsure about a lot. It’s just not what it use to be.

Did a pickup order hoping it would be a smooth and quick process. I was wrong! Waited over two hours . What’s the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait forever and a day.. very disappointed in my target

What is the point of ordering something online to then wait 30+ minutes to receive it. The whole point is express pick up holidays or not there’s no reason to be waiting that long for something like that. Especially when you have numerous workers just standing around twiddling their thumbs.

Currently in my car, waiting for a drive up order for over an hour and a half now. Why do you even have the option if you don’t have enough staff or workers who cannot deliver items out in a timely matter. Full parking lot full of people who are waiting for orders, wasting gas because it’s cold outside and we need to keep our heat on.i have barely seen workers come out to deliver things which tells me they are extremely slow. I have TWO items. Why am I STILL here almost two hours later. Just seen in the reviews somebody else had the same experience. Smh.
