My sister bought me some sandals earlier this week. I wore them for the first time at work today. A door caught the back of my sandal and they broke. The store won’t allowed me to exchange or get a store credit. Terrible customer service.

Never been more put off by a shopping experience than I did today, went in for some retail therapy after losing a loved one because I saw some cute clothes hung up outside. Girls didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in. You work at a boutique, you’re not special. There is absolutely zero reason to disregard paying customers, even if you don’t look like the regular expected clientele. As a business owner whoever is running this place should be ashamed by the hospitality demonstrated by these two. Who knows, owner is probably encouraging it based off of other reviews with experiences similar to mine.

I agree with some of the other reviews on here. I guess it depends on who is working or the day of the week, or maybe even what we're wearing (I will not contribute $ to someone's paycheck to be rude to me). I am happy there are other Boutiques in town.

Has super cute clothes and prices are normal. But the staff is very rude was never asked if I needed help. All the staff sat around and talked about drama going on.

It's a cute store with reasonable prices. It was very disappointing that they only had a handful of xl items in the entire store. They also had a couple of 2x items but not enough to make me want to spend my time going back.

Loved shopping here. They have a little bit of everything. In addition to fabulous blouses and jeans, I also got The Cutest car fragrance, steering wheel cover, personalized purse charm, leather wallet, unique greeting card, jewelry, and crossbody bag. Can’t wait to go back the next time I’m in Bonaire, GA.
