Nothing everything was taken care of as soon as I got there taylor I'm guessing the manager was VERY helpful helped me book and verified to make sure she had the equipment available for me when I got there this was the best experience I've ever had with uhaul. Thank you again taylor for you extreme professionalism you showed me will definitely come back to this location

Recently I booked truck I have to wait 2 hrs to get the truck the internet was very slow when ask them why it's taking so long the manger very rudely she said can't you see the what's we are doing we not sitting idle here this is answer she gave and was not having any sympathy or feeling sorry for the delay . Apart from this delay she mentioned that on paper gas was half tank I dint check with her paper believed her what she mentioned and took the truck when I was on the road it was showing the gas indicator very low first thing immediately I did was to fill the gas halfway tank . When I returned the truck showed the receipt for gas she was not agreeing that I filled the gas tank and she charged me for everything She is not customer friendly got attitude . I'm not going again there again . Please double check before you take the service of any kind. .

Understaffed. One person does everything. Waited over 20 minutes to be served with only one person in front of me. Only reason I stayed, no one else in town had propane. One and done.

Rented moving blankets. Sign says $5/bag. That’s it. You can buy them for $9/blanket. When I returned the blankets, I was informed it was $5/bag/day. See what they did there? If they had been up front on their terms, I would not have minded. I also would have brought them back sooner. That’s a poor business practice. And no, they were not willing to make any adjustments.

Watch out with this people. I rented the pick up for a week. They took out the money that day. Then when I went to return it. They tried to charge my card 5 different times. U haul is a rip off

The owner is horrible. We went back and forth on gas level for 15 minutes and he talked to me like I was stupid. He’s so slow and simple minded. He swore me up and down the gas level was lower than when I received, albeit his argument was over 2 gallons of gas. What an idiot, when I specifically brought the truck back with the same fuel level as when I rented it. He’s just an idiot. Like would I really bring the trip back on purpose with 2 gallons of gas less, just to pay an additional $60. Dumb dumb owner and management.

This is a great location. We had a hard morning and was 2 hours late but Kevin was very courteous and professional! He was thorough in explaining things and he made our day a little brighter. Good job!

The store manager was unwilling to work with me. He felt like he is the one who spent his own money on the store. Complicated process. I will not send my worst enemy here.
