I didn't have a reservation but I got a vehicle. Once I walked in the the large girl was just sitting in the customers chair talking to another employee and then decided to call me a YANKEE. She didn't get out of the chair or ask of I could be helped, she just sat there staring at me, like she hates northern people.

Uhaul seriously needs to fix the way they do reservations!! The last 3x I've rented a truck it's taken FOREVER to pick it up and I made a reservation each time!! At this location Sam is the best!!! She knows this place like the back of her hand so she does make the experience better. However to do everything ahead online and still have it take over an hour to get the truck is crazy!! Not to mention I used a neighborhood dealer for the 2nd move--because I had to put my stuff and storage and move again a week later and I tried to sign up for the online check in but the online check in is completely non-existent if you don't tell the dealer than I'm coming!! Thank goodness the very helpful lady was there and thank goodness I showed up earlier than I was planning because otherwise she said I would have been out of luck--the keys wouldn't have been available! When people are moving, this is just an additional headache that we do NOT want!! So I don't have complaints about the people--they are great!!!

I gave them one star because there wasn’t an option for NO STARS. The owner and the employees are extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! I moved out of my storage unit on 3/31 but was billed again for April. I tried calling but was hung up on & put on hold multiple times. Even the nice customer service rep couldn’t reach the store. I thought the OWNER would apologize and thank me for spending $100 for the last SIX months but instead she acted just like her RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL employees! I will NEVER visit this location again & I just called corporate. The older guy outside should find a different location to work at because he’s too nice to be there.

Please be AWARE. When they ask for your card please DO NOT give it to them. I just found out they took 192.28 off my card on 9/12/2022 at 1:04pm I never used their service this day tonight 9/29/2022 around 8:00 they tried to take 1291.75 off my card. Navy federal alerted me to advised me that my card had been used. Please me AWARE! The two women sit to the front are the ones I gave my card to for purchase in back July inwhich I have my receipts and etc of proof I paid for the rental. I don't owe anything. Two months later ( September)they stole money off my card and today they went for a larger amount just because they got away with it two week ago.

Would be great if they followed their store hours. Got there at 6:20 and the store is closed even though hours say they're open until 7pm.

I scheduled to get a hitch installed while i was visiting family in the area. This company allowed the hitch i had ordered to be taken off the shelf by another person the day before i was to have my hitch installed. When i went in, the assistant manager melissa who told me what "happened" said it had been rushed ordered. Got a call to have hitch installed the monday after only to find out it hadnt even arrived but they scheduled the install anyways.. when i called to ask again this same person claimed they had no idea about the situation even though they were the one who told me what happened. I asked for a refund and all they did was "cancel the prder. They didnt refund a single dime.then their office would not answer the phone until today. Awful service.

The location is landlocked, so plan to park next door or get dropped off. The people here are very helpful and try their best but they have been understaffed for years (I've been stationed here twice). Usually there is one person working the desk who is also having to run out onto the lot.

Loves to scam customers. We left more gas in it than when it was given to us like they as and still charged us for gas. I will never rent a uhaul from here again.

The lady at the front desk is extremely rude they scammed me out of $25 because they don’t know how to check in their vehicles. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE they will scam you as well just look at the other reviews and take our word for it

The lady/person working the register is incredibly rude. When we asked for propane she said right now? This store doesn’t close until 7 and we arrived around 5. Then she laughed at us when we asked where she wanted us to bring our tank. It’s our first time visiting this location. She also decided to not tell her coworker like she said she would that we needed propane so we sat and waited for 20 mins. We ended up having to find the guy ourselves. Ridiculous

I’ve used this exact location no less than 4 times over the last couple of years for different moves and I’m not sure if it’s changed management or what but this last experience has been the best. The employees were nice and hardworking. They also seemed to really care about your time and making sure it wasn’t wasted unlike past experiences I’ve had there. I was scheduled for a 7:30am pickup and was in the truck ready to go by 7:35. The only thing I wish could have been done was the truck pulled upfront for me because backing it out between several other tightly packed trucks was scary but I made it through. They were great at return and gave all the information I needed to know. I’ll definitely be using them again if I move back to Warner Robins.

I’m giving 1 star based on the standards they keep their trucks in and on the staffs customer service. My wife and I picked up a truck from this location and not only was it noticeably filthy but it smelled like the worst body odor you could imagine! Once we returned the truck the staff was incredible rude and told us that the truck wasn’t dirty it just smelled bad… I’m attaching photos to this post so you tell me what you think! The second truck that we were given wasn’t as bad but was only a small step up. Don’t visit this location unless you want rude unprofessional workers and a health risk of a truck!

Renter Beware!!I should have know better when I did the walk around. Multiple issues with the cargo van I rented from this location.1. Radio doesn’t work. Driven approximately 200 miles without a radio.SAFETY Concern: the rear camera didn’t work because it’s routed through the inoperable radio.2. BOTH USB’s don’t work.3. Vehicles onboard dash compass didn’t work.4. Lots of scratches and paint chips not identified by the U-haul stickers.5. Drivers side rear tail light cracked and missing some of the plastic housing (no sticker) which allowed6. Significant amount of water in the cargo compartment (with a musty odor).Now, if it were just one of these things were to happen, id just let it slide. However, I brought my BRAND NEW iPhone charging cable and I couldn’t charge my phone. My phone was being used for my GPS, which died half way through and I got slightly lost.. causing more miles. Why does this matter (besides the principle)? They charge additional $$$$ per the mile!Lastly, upon return, there’s a big sign that says if you don’t leave a copy of your rental agreement with your keys you will be charged an additional $30. This is quite comical and the icing on the U-Haul cake because my contract was printed on computer paper, with no additional copies to provide them.I saw three other keys on the floor without copies of the contract attached. I guess they’ll get charged $30.Don’t be like me; so somewhere else or demand a better vehicle.
