Why have store hours posted if you aren’t going to be there to sell boxes/supplies. We drove 20 minutes based on your store hours saying you’d be there. 😡

Don’t rent from here. When I first moved into the unit, I was told I was eligible for a month free rent. It never happened. The exit gate was left open for weeks after. If you’re late they put a lock on your unit and then fail to remove it when you make your payment. I paid late most of the time because of where my bills and pay days fall. I didn’t mind paying late fees, but I did mind being denied access to my belongings due to a lock being placed 3 and 4 days AFTER payment was made. Before I made my last payment, I called and let them know I was going to be moving out of the unit in a few days, and if I could pay for the unit up until my move out day, or if I would need to pay the full amount and get credited back for the prorate. I was told they do not credit back for prorate, and that I’d need to pay for the full month. When I moved out I left a couch and a mirror and was charged $75 for removal. They got me for a full month of storage and then charged me $75, and I was only in the unit for a week and a half of the month’s rental. Management is EXTREMELY rude. If you do rent from them, be sure to get all your stuff out, and I would cancel whatever cards they have on file for you. I removed my saved payment methods from the app, and they still billed a card I used previously - without my permission. Ive ALWAYS used Uhaul, and I won’t even use their trucks after this experience.

Paid the monthly on the storage unit, then within a couple days got a notice to remove everything within 72 hours. Accused of piggybacking. And they only allow removal of property during THEIR hours because they put a lock on the unit.
I am military and I'm working during THEIR business hours.
It is impossible for me to work around their schedule.
Hopefully I can buy it back at auction.

Have a unit here. They did what they could to make sure that it went smoothly. They fixed the gate so now there is a sense of security.
