Needed to get my PC fixed because it was rebooting over and over again. They figured out the problem immediately and got it fixed perfectly with everything well attached, also it is performing better than before. Would very much recommend coming to this place if you need a computer being put together or a fix up.

The RAM on my 2011 Mac Book went bad so I bought a new laptop and paid another computer service to transfer the data. They were only able to recover a tiny fraction of my Word files, so I brought both laptops to Jbodtech to see if they could do any better. They were able to recover all of my Word files and transfer them to the new machine. The technician that I spoke to was very courteous and worked with me to restore my data, and at a very reasonable $75 too. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely the worst customer service, and the tech support was incompetent. He lied about my hard drive being fried, and put just little bits and pieces that were useless onto my new computer. I ended up having to hire another IT guy to come and undo everything this company had done and start over. Luckily the new guy was able to save EVERYTHING off of my had drive and install it on my new computer. I can't figure out what this jbodtechs end game was. Why lie to me and tell me my hard drive was totally fried? I even told him i had an external backup and would he please use that to transfer to my new computer. He told me he was too busy, that i had all i was going to get. Really? You had my old computer and i went and got a new computer to bring to him and for 2 days all i basically got from this guy was a bill for nothing. The worst Ever!
