I just checked out and the girl at the register was so dismissive and rude. The entire encounter was off putting. And my email for my receipt was wrong and I told her but she just went on with checking me out. I know she heard me. I just took my bag and left because I was so mad by the end of the transaction so I missed her name. She wore glasses and had on an orange/red cardigan.

I visited this Ulta on 7/29 & Ms. Jasmine was so sweet & helpful! She helped me choose the perfect skin tint, she’s so good it matched perfectly on the first try. & we found a blush that she was also wearing that day! Then we we got to the register she helped find my coupon in the app. Jasmine is a doll!! So thankful she was able to help me, hopefully she’s there on my next visit!

Terrible customer service.
Walked in for makeup and skincare, and the staff treated me like I was annoying just for asking questions. I asked where the disinfectant was—they pointed vaguely and looked at me like I was dumb. Asked about Sunday Riley products—got another weird look and a vague answer. I’d never been to this location, so I genuinely needed help, but the attitude was awful. Everyone seemed bothered and unfriendly except for the cashier, who was the only sweet one. Won’t be back.

If you ever need your hair colored go see Angela. She was AMAZING!! The color I wanted wasn’t there so she mixed up a color for me. Worked with me to get as close to my reference image as possible. Very knowledgeable and friendly. After 6-7hrs of hard work from this lovely woman, I got exactly what I wanted and more! 100% recommend her!!!! Would recommend also bringing a book or something to do while waiting for color to set + drying.

I will shop somewhere that has piss poor customer service and lack of any kind of etiquette when it comes to their customers filed a complaint with the corporation and I will take my business and money elsewhere

Always snobby, no matter what department, racist to anyone who isn't white, and rude. I've been here several times to confirm this. If you look even slightly different than the norm prepared to be ignored.

Giving 3 stars because two ladies were sweet today (lady with braids was sweet and one lady with wine red/burgandy-ish hair) and because they had what I needed in stock. Other than these two today, I have never received good customer service here. A lot of the workers just seem …over it. Which I get it… working isn’t necessarily fun, but sheesh.

very bad experience at this store. Placed an online order, received notification that my order was picked up called the store to let them know i hadn't picked up my order, they assured me it was still there. When i when to pick it up they said it was not there that it was probably returned to stock and my credit card shouldn't be billed. Checked my account I was billed. Called the store and a corporate number was told I had pick it up and refused to credit my account. So beware there are some thieves and liars working here. Will never shop here again!!!

I’m a single mom and work 2 jobs. I don’t ever have time to shop for myself but today I was so excited to go to Ulta to get color matched. I already had my product picked out just needed help with color matching. There was only 1 lady doing color matching. She was working with a family of 3 I waited about 15 min then asked another associate for help. She asked the manager if they could help me and the manager said I had to wait. The family of 3 could take HOURS. I don’t have hours to wait Disappointing to say the least! I put everything back and left the store.

If I could have rated this location a zero I would have. The sales were incorrect and not updated. They did not accept coupons/rewards. Customer service fights with you and continues to talk about you when you leave. Would not shop here again!!
