I called before I drove to the store and specifically asked if I could get a receipt as proof that they accepted an envelope that needed to be mailed. I was told that they would provide a receipt and when I got there was told no by whom I assume was the Mgr. . Very disappointing and waste of my time.

This was by far the best customer service I have ever had at a UPS store.Im not from this town and I stop here often when traveling I was dropping off some packages and these people were so positive and amazing especially with being in the afternoon. I’m not a review person, but I feel like they deserve it thank you

Our UPS store at 2929 Watson Blvd. has the most outstanding employees! They know exactly how to help with any shipping or packing issue! On top of that, they are kind, friendly, & efficient! Thank you!

These workers were so sweet and accommodating! I made a mistake, completely on me. But they spent a good 10-15 minutes trying to help me to fix it just to make sure I got the right item returned so I could get my money back.

I'm pretty tired of this place. The customer service is subpar. I went in today to make some returns. I had to carry my baby in one arm and I used the box for one of my returns to carry my other returns. I give this company free labor by completing 2 of 3 returns on their kiosk - a job people that get paid by UPS used to do. I go to the counter for the 3rd because the box needed one piece of tape to close it - a fair trade for getting free labor from me. First, the associate comments on how I'm "weight lifting today" - assuming criticizing the size of my baby. I say "yeah ..." and just let it go. She asks " did you try to scan this at the kiosk?" And I respond "no, I didn't want to because it isn't taped up." She tells me, " you're supposed to bring it taped up." Pretty rude when the whole interaction was maybe 15 seconds and no one else in line. Plus, the fact that it's a piece of tape that I pretty much gave free labor for ... not just this trip but every time I go and make returns using their kiosk. I think they can give me a bit of tape without the criticizing - of not only me but my baby.

I went to the store to mail Father’s Day cards off. Hanna, assisted me, she has great customer service. I would recommend this location. I didn’t have to wait in a long line. The in and out time was remarkable.

Unprofessional arguing with disable veteran. Going tell me package that clear said in email that no charge for label and box. Going they no ups going do it. I just went ups location they did it.
