Driver of van 2332690 was speeding down Corder Road 50+ in a 35, tailgating other drivers. Once she turned on Russell Parkway she accelerated to almost double the speed limit. I’m all about getting my packages on time but putting other people’s lives in danger is unwarranted.

I had a PO box there about 2 years ago. And everything I ordered something on Amazon, like shoes etc I would never get my package and that's when Amazon said it was delivered. Shame on them.

Wow wow !!! What a difference one employee makes Justin truly showed compassion and empathy about where my package was he went above and beyond to ensure that my package was found it started off with non caring employees but he deserves the possession he is in talk about customer care he embodied the mission vision and values of the postal service I will return just because of Justin thank you Justin !!

Literally every single package that Amazon ships USPS is delayed by USPS. No exaggeration, they suck and nothing will ever be done to improve it.

Package pickup was marked complete but it wasn’t. Went to the post office in person and the parcel box was full. Tried again when they were open and it was still full, line was long and nobody would even acknowledge me. Mailing a package shouldn’t be this hard especially when it’s already prepaid and ready to go.

I rent a box for 6 months( $91) and I have a receipt to prove it. That same box got rented to a different person and I got locked out. The lady in charge, was supposed to call me 3 days later and corporate was supposed to be made aware of the incident (apparently, it happens often

Postal clerks spent an unusual amount of time with customers, while the line increased. Folks that needs extra help are usually attended by a manager, or asked to step to the side to complete whatever process is required.

Horrible!!! They loose my packages and some days they notify me that they can't deliver to my house. I live in a neighborhood with a paved driveway. There's no reason why they can't deliver packages to my house. Some days they seem to be able to do it without an issue. I don't understand. It's almost impossible to get help through the 1-800 number or in person at the local office.
