To what I can assume is not their fault, I was unable to report in that my phone was being duplicated to Google after it had broken. Very frustrating circumstance... I can't elaborate here much but it has really been a nightmare trying to find help with persistent hacking threats and attacks.

Devon was great! They were working the store alone and their ability to multitask was out of this world. In almost 20 years with Verizon this is the first customer service interaction where I’d only come back to them for my next phone.

Had a great experience at the Verizon store the sales associate was outstanding if she's not the store manager you better make her one her customer service was off the charts she did not stop over and beyond her duties to make me and my entire family plus a family friend from out of town. Were all well taken care of hopefully she will not mind me mentioning her by name Ms Shakara Jones

I went into store tonight, before I could enter the store a Caucasian salesman says what do u want first, the bad news or the bad news. And proceeds to laugh, he then says the system was down , I explained to him I just needed a pick up order, he said well you shouldn't have ordered online he said they are trying to prevent us from making sales and bonuses, I'm like I was at work , he said that's not my problem, So in the mist of me trying to convince him.to help me my husband calls. My husband says you don't have to wait just go home, I told my husband it's already 6:40 I would just wait, the salesman rolls his eyes as he heard me tell my husband I would wait, My husband still needs his phone so he will stop back by tomorrow and after that visit We will never visit this store ever again!!!! If I could rate his customer service skills a -100 I would have, he needed to be a grave digger , Being a salesman is definitely not his passion, The manager really needs to evaluate his performance I guarantee she will definitely terminate him...

Went in Sunday Afternoon for a new SIM card. (DON'T LEAVE YOUR PHONE IN THE HOT CAR) Was helped by Devin, who was very friendly and polite. He had the patience of a saint, as I couldn't remember the passkey I created at setup. Miraculously, Devin was able to help me anyway. I can now make and receive phone calls again.

I just left the Warner Robins Georgia store on Russell and I have to commend Russell who waited on me. I was there to pay my bill and there was a charge from last month (less than $10.00) which was perplexing, but the explanation was good. I have been there on a monthly basis and almost always he is the person who helps. I value his advice and think he is a benefit yo your store. Thanks for hiring him.
