SO Let’s get into it. My 63 year old sister had an appointment at 12:30 today. She arrived at 12:40. Of course my sister is BLACK.
She walked in and asked was she at the right place and did she have an appointment. The entire office was WHITE. The receptionist or whoever it was replied “ You HAD an appointment”
We have a 10 min grace period. So unfortunately you will have to reschedule.
It was 1 patient in the waiting room. If she had a 10 min grace period she made it because she arrived at 12:40 not 12:41. That being said. Staff was RUDE and very UNPLEASANT. Didn’t even SPEAK back as she walked in the room.
RACIST, RACIST, RACIST
BLACK PEOPLE STAY AWAY. They don’t want us there. Trust and believe they know what patient my sister was and if anybody has anything to say about this REVIEW I’M HERE FOR IT.

I had bought frames and lens but the frames(2 pair of the same)broke shortly after purchaeing.I was unable to return to the location for quite some time so when i did she informed me i didnt buy the insurance so i had to pay for 2 more sets of the same frames.Those 2 pair broke within days so i returned and they were replaced and a few days later same thing both pair broke,this makes 6 pair of the same frames.Finaly we changed the frames and remade the lenses.Thumbs up to the lady that help me she gave me A1 customer service and the reason i didnt take my buisness somewhere else. THIS IS THE WARNER ROBINS LOCATION

The Doctor was kind, welcoming, and helpful so I’ll start there.
However the Front desk team is where I ran into 95% of the problem. It started with them misreading my insurance and debating me about what is clearly listed as my coverage. Once the insurance company was contacted and I was verified correct- the front desk continued on in their attitude and tone of condescendence and error. I was quoted a price for glasses where the sales woman had opted to add several unnecessary and costly upgraded features ( who wants polarization AND upgraded transition AND whatever else on glasses I specified were for nights and reading? Do we wear ultra polarized sunglasses indoors at night to read?) to the fully-covered glasses without my consent or knowledge and attempted to present those upgraded features as necessary and non-negotiable. I had to ask for a print out of an itemized receipt and compare it to my printed EOB (this copy was even from the front desk!) to see that they were attempting to over charge and over bill me and my insurance.
The prescription I was provided at the completion of service was incomplete and lacked information necessary for purchasing glasses elsewhere.
In the end I opted to only get the exam and take my business somewhere more honest and transparent for purchasing contacts and glasses as the front desk proved multiple times that fraud was their preference.

Great experience every time. My 6yr old even had to go for the first time and had a great experience. Very professional staff. The Dr was very knowledgeable. Staff were GREAT. They acknowledge and greet you every time. Great customer service.

My experience was the worst I have ever had.my glasses was not done right after two different trip to there office.when I ask for my money to be refunded to my insurance so I could get my glasses somewhere else.I was lie to about how long it would take.A month I was told I call the insurance company myself got it return the same day.I will never visit them again. Worst service ever.
