Well, this is visit solidified the reason I started using CVS years ago. My husband is very sick and instead of going into the pharmacy and possibly exposing them to whatever it is he has so I decided to go through the drive-through line. One person He happened to just sit there for about 20 minutes No movement the staff did not recommend he go round, etc. finally backed up and went into the store And the customer service woman at the front was actually very pleasant and sent me to the pharmacy For the test that I was trying to purchase. Asked the pharmacy staff for flu and Covid test and nicely expressed My frustration on waiting behind one vehicle for almost 20 minutes and got attitude and told they can only deal with one Customer at a time. Absolutely ridiculous that they would not have this vehicle. Exit the line and/or wait a few minutes required outside of the line so they could take care of other customers. CVS does it right.

I regularly pick up orders from Walgreens, and this particular one has an amazing manager. Tina went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was great! All stores could use someone like Tina.

So rude! They don't acknowledge you when you call or in person; they automatically put you on hold. Maybe they will experience the same customer service they give.

Never had a pharmacy screw up medications so much but they get 3 stars from me for 1 reason and that’s Ms. Brittany she is great.understanding actually cares.

Went into walgreens to simply pick up some milk and pull ups for my son the entire time this young girl followed me around the entire store (I have video) yet the white lady who was stealing she aint even look at ?? yeah so im going to never visit this store and ill be posting the video all over social media Great Job walgreens

By far the worst to ever get ahold of anyone if you need to speak with a pharmacist. Read the reviews. I called to get help for my son who had a migraine and wanted to speak with the pharmacist to ensure we could give him a certain medication (it’s rare that I ever need to speak with any staff). I’m not exaggerating when I say they picked up the phone without speaking 4 times the first time when I called without saying a word and continued to put me on hold and hung up on me the 5th time. I never even spoke to anyone.Because the pain continued for my son I called back desperate to speak to a pharmacist. Again waiting multiple times and heard the staff pick up the phone and never once addressed that I was there and immediately put me on hold. 5th time must be the ticket as I was hung up on again. I’ll be reaching out to the general manager and corporate. This is unacceptable.
