I've visited this particular Walgreens pharmacy (2835 Watson Blvd WR) 4 times now. So this review isn't based on one bad experience. Any establishment/ store can have one bad day where they are short staffed, or systems are down, etc. But 4 bad experiences is a pattern and possibly the norm at this location. Sadly this is the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience I've had with a Walgreens pharmacy. Let me be clear, NOT the Pharmacist, the unprofessionalism is the support staff. They ignore customers and don't acknowledge a customer even though the customer is right in front of them. They are rude in their interaction and communication.Their demeanor is that of annoyance while helping a customer as if the customer is a bother. They are not friendly or kind or courteous while interacting with customers. Note, this review is based on my personal experience AND as a witnessed to how others are treated while waiting to be helped.

I have been going to Walgreens now for over four years in Warner Robins. I pick my five prescriptions up on the same day of each month. Every time I go to get my prescriptions after they have told me they are ready there's always a problem. There's also always new staff each month. Obviously I'm gonna blame that on the management so besides that part this last trip was my last trip literally they are rude. They talk to me like I was stupid. They blamed everything on me and my insurance when it had nothing to do with either it was their mistake. The pharmacist just stood there and said nothing. There was no apology given they continue to be rude and hateful to me. On top of that they charge me $10 when I don't have to pay for my prescriptions and then argue with me about that as well. I went to wait in my car because I was so upset at the way they were speaking to me and treating me. I get a text that says all of them are ready. One is delayed because of insurance so all I could do was sit there and wait. I finally get the last text that says all four already at zero charge. I drove around to pick them up in a different lady helps me and she was just as rude as the other two with no apology. I will no longer be using Walgreens Pharmacy

This place was a very nice, clean, and fairly well run.All of the employees were nice and greeted us. The shelves were well stocked, and aisles were well lit.The big downside here is that when it is busy, there are never enough employees, and customer service is lacking. Also, if this place does not have a certain medication, they do not call you or try to locate it at a nearby store within their chain.You only become aware that they do not have the medication when you arrive to pick it up. This complicates your schedule.

It's Walgreens a pharmacy! So tell me why they close for lunch ? You mean to tell me you don't have enough staff to cover lunches??? I had to take time in my lunch to get my meds and now I can't get them. I work two jobs and now I have to wait for my meds till who knows when... this is ludicrous!!!! Then I ask and the manager and her answer was Walgreens doesn't have enough money. No I'm sorry for the inconvenience or I apologize please come back during sick and such time. I'm so disappointed in this stores staff and policy. Walgreens is a Pharmacy with thousand of locations and you don't have money? That's insane and I'm taking my business elsewhere because this just doesn't make any sense.

The white female working tonight 12/3/2022 at 7:50 p.m. is so rude and prejudice and so aggressive to African Americans, but the older guy Mr Muller is so nice and sweet and understanding. He was busy at the moment and made him stop what he was doing so she wouldn't have to service any one black. So sad

Was prescribed a 90 day supply of my two blood pressure medications. Was given 30 day supplies. When I realized and called it was 20 minutes before closing. They wouldn't answer. Straight to hold, and could hear when they picked the phone up and restarted the hold. Real nice.

The Manager is very HELPFUL she helped with the Western Union I forgot her Name Stephanie I think. She took time to call Western Union so my Sister can get the money in the Philippines . I thank her very MUCH to the FEMALE the customer service Manager at Walgreens in Warner Robins Georgia ?? near the Galleria Mall WR . I WILL LET MY FRIENDS how good your customer service is ?

DO NOT BOOK A TRAVEL COVID TEST HEREFriendly pharmacist, but very hard to book a covid test for travel (as a Canadian), and ZERO way to get feedback for results or billing. I was told the lab would bill me, I have no idea how when I had to use a hotel address. I ended up going to a clinic near Atlanta Airport, definitely Google it.

I have never had such a bad experience as I've had this last week but I have had many bad ones. Let's talk about this one this time. Saturday the pharmacy was closed cause pharmacist was sick, so I went back Monday, and the store closed cause system was down. My daughter went last night and the lost my narcotics! Waited an hour after her arrival to even mention it and when I called to talk was put on hold for 30 min before I was even answered, then lady quickly transferred me to pharmacist, which kept me on hold till phone hung up and I was so aggravated I hung up, after an hour. Now today this is 2nd call again cause first 45 min wait time hung up and I've been waiting 30 min again! They sure lost me and my daily as customers!

Ms Brandi was very knowledgeable with COVID 19 testing for travel to Hawaii. Her customer service went above and beyond - she is a great ambassador for the Walgreens brand - Aloha Brandi!

The pharmacists here are so good. The lines are long but that's usually because of the procedures between insurance and doctors. If I ever have a problem it's usually because of a doctor on my end but the workers here do everything they can amd it shows.

Impossible to get someone on the phone. Waited on hold for 15 minutes only to be hung up on. Very frustrating.

Went to this location because the one by my house was closed. Filled my kids medication and I get home and there are 10 extra pills in her prescription. Come to find out they had also added Hydralazine Hydrochloride which is blood pressure medication. Kept me on hold and finally when I talk to the pharmacist he didn't even act sorry. No telling what could have happened. DO not go here to get medication. Find another location.
