Don( greeter) took five thousand, nine hundred and seventy-five years to view four items on my receipt, lolWell gotta hand it to him...he's thorough, lolI love this store! Great shopping experience as well as affordable prices! Not to mention fresh produce/ well stocked shelves. Awesome costumer service also. Don and the Salvation Army bell ringers are literally, "unforgettable!"

Saddest Walmart in town. Don’t worry about searching for an associate, just press the little button to call one over right? Nah. Gave a generous 10 minutes and pressed the button twice in the auto center, no one. Walked over to the counter and they were all laughing and talking. Employees don’t move out of the way of aisles and will just walk straight into you almost. No one cares here enough to be getting paid what they do. Some associates are kind and will strike up polite chat and do work hard, but the rest are as sorry as all get out. Also, who steals car bulbs so much that they have to be locked behind glass?

Almost a year later, I still give this place a 1 star rating. It gets worse with each visit. Pickup used to be quick and convenient, but anymore it's quicker and easier for me to go in and find everything myself and check myself out. You wait in a pickup spot for 45 minutes and watch several people who checked in after you, get all their things before you get yours. It annoys me every visit.

Ms. Linda was so very helpful. Here I'm limping and looking for a carShe not only went and got me a cart up front but she continued to give excellent customr in helping me find the holiday displays in several areas. Thank you so very much Ms. LINDA you are AWESOME.

Went to Walmart on Moody Rd in Warner Robins on today and I wanted to believe that I would receive at least okay services but only the receive what the reviews had said. The auto center open at 7 am. I was the first customer. No associate in sight for over 15 minutes. I called and called because I did see 1 service technician in the back watching me. Than after 15 minutes a associate came with his cash draw. And said that he didn't know when another technician would be there and I could wait If I wanted to. After 30 minutes of waiting I decided to leave. It's very clear that this is the normal behavior at this location. This is unacceptable on all levels. This makes me believe that this store has no Store Manager that Oversee this facility. Walmart is to large of a establishment to have to type of reputation. I will never to this location. I just moved from the Atlanta area. My son says that this service is the norm for this area. As a consumer that shops and spend money I refuse to spend with this organization if this is what is expected.

We got kicked out of Walmart for having fun. If I could rate this worse than one star I could cuz for the last few times that me and my friends have gone there goofing off and buying stuff. Mind you, he's been just staring at us, so be wary of the old guy with gray hair

You get the occasional kind and professional employee here, but they are few and far between these days with the exception of the pharmacy staff. I have never had any issues with the. And good luck getting someone to answer the phone in any department but the pharmacy. Today's wonderful adventure was wrapped up with the lazy, rude and completely unprofessional "employee" working the register in the garden center. She says nothing and pretends like you're not even there. I say hello and she completely ignored me. She bags my groceries and leaves all my 2-liter bottles at the beginning of the lane. When I asked her to bag them, she just points at them. I asked a second time to bag them (thinking she just misunderstood me), she turns and sets them on top of the bags and won't even look in my direction. After waiting 30 seconds I asked again for a 3rd time and started bagging the damn things myself and she ended up slamming the rest in bags and not even turning the bag holder so I could get them. What the hell happened to professionalism??

I needed a replacement tire from the warranty I have. unfortunately, they do not have my tires for a second time. The customer service lady was very rude however a lead gentleman came back and helped everyone he was pleasant. The first tire lady tried to say the warranty did not cover wear and tear and I'd ridden on a flat for a long period. However, my tires aren't 6 months old. Thank God for the gentleman from the back came and assisted me even though I had a warranty I paid almost $100 but was satisfied with the last two people who came to finally help out thank you to the lead gentleman and the general who came from the garage that fixed tires

Did a pick up order that said it would be available 11-12, so i got there at 11:45, I checked in online but wasn’t sure if it worked so I called, twice, and they never answered. Then someone came out I asked them and they said they just checked me in that I hadn’t been checked in yet. This is 15 mins in. Then I called a third time and no one answered again so I left a message. I waited another 10 minutes and then went inside because it said my order was already picked up and they said someone would be out with it in just a minute. I got my order at 12:30. Also the mop strips that they grabbed were leaking everywhere. I ended up just taking them because at this point I was so ready to leave.

I was there leaving after using self checkout around 10:30 tonight, there was a line forming to leave and the lady checking receipts was taking her sweet time sifting through a person's bags.It's not against the law to walk out without showing your receipt, and it sure as hell isn't wrong to refuse to show it.You could see me using self checkout from where you stood, and there was someone else watching over selfcheckout.If Ghettomart wants to be so paranoid about things being scanned and bagged right, then put people next to the bagging area of regular checkout lanes and more people at the self checkouts.Quit holding up long lines of people who are absolutely tired and want to get home away from people, THANKS.

Went to the electronics department and received great service. With so much being said about poor customer service, it was refreshing to experience true professionalism today. All of my questions were answered, and the employee was truly courteous.
