Casey was very helpful and friendly. They units are very clean and I love the security of cameras and fences makes you feel at ease leaving all of your personal belongings. I would differently tell you to use these guys if you need a good clean storage.

I would like to give a huge shoutout to the exceptional customer service that I received from Casey. I had a situation that was my fault I admit !! However there was a change and I had a bit of an attitude when I called , Casey let me speak ,apologize and offered to research the issue ..it is hard to find honest to good customer service anymore and his tone of voice and empathy was spot on . He was able to help me and Thanked me for being a customer which means a lot when you choose to spend your hard earn money there out of all other choices . Thank you Casey for being such a great person and I thank you for your kindness it turned my whole week around !❤️
Also need to add the grounds ,and the way the area is took care of is also good . Love that it is secure and yet can have 24 hour access if needed . Been a customer for a few years and will continue using them as long as they are around .

I had such a great experience here! I was in a tough spot trying to find a 24-hour storage unit last minute, and Jewels was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, patient, and informative. She walked me through the whole process and had me completely set up in less than 15 minutes. What I appreciated most was how comfortable and at ease she made me feel during a stressful time. I was even able to move in that same night around 10 PM without any issues. I’m so grateful for her help and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable storage with excellent customer service!

I have a unit with World Storage and I have never had any issues!! Anytime I have ever had to go into the office it has always been Ashley at the desk, so helpful and very friendly!! She gives GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
