I’ve had mail in my mailbox with the flag up for 3 days, and they haven’t picked it up yet. I have a package that says it’s out for delivery, but the mail truck hasn’t even came in 3 days. Ridiculous. Y’all are a joke.

I don't understand why there is not a local phone number. No one shouldn't have to call a 1-800 number to speak to someone about their mail or any other concerns that they may have due to services....it's downright awful!
